    in Christianity

In this week lesson, Isaiah deals with the tragic nature of sin and the need for a Redeemer. Sin ties the hand of an Almighty God, it is quite distressing He turns and hides his face from the sinner. Isaiah 59 message is God’s search for a methodology to redeem him; only until a body was fashion for the Son did he have a worthy Redeemer.

V15, closes out the narrative by saying ‘’...(man’s) truth faileth; without God there is no hope of salvation. Where there is no justice there’s no peace from God. He is displeased.

V16, the bible tells us for forty-two generations, transformation was not the way to save man soul. No matter how good he was his sin nature remains.

V17, the Son ashion in the form of a man He put on the breastplate of righteousness and the helmet of salvation upon his head; drape Himself in the garment of ...

V18...Satan and ‘’his Imps’’ will pay in spades.

V19 And,’’...so shall they in the West fear the name of the Lord and his glory from the rising sun...

V20 & 21, make a promise that the Redeemer will come to the House of Jacob, Class, the text is talking about the twelve sons of Jacob ‘’who turn from their transgression’’. The Lord will not forget his first born. Redemption will come to Zion henceforth and forever.

International Sunday School Commentary on 1 Corinthian 12:12-23 /05-17-15 05/

    in Christianity

This is the Grover Weaver Ministries Weekly Commentary on the International Sunday School Lesson in 1 Corinthians 12:12-23.

v12 You have 1 body w/many members which equals 1 diversified Church be it Protestants or Catholic whether it’s conservative or progressive. v13 1 Spirit baptized all Christians in this 1 diversified Church.  v14 Any ethnicities or political persuasions can be formed into a church if the members have drunk from the cup God holds in his hands, the Cup of Wrath ‘’we are all made to drink’’ into this spirit.

v15, 16, 17, are parallel verses -- when you hear in v15, the feet saying to the hand, ‘’they am not of the body’’ you are hearing the conservative church saying progressives are not of the body. In v16, if the ear say to the eye you are not of the body, you are hearing the Protestant say to the Catholic you are not of the body. v17 if the whole of Christendom was the white conservative christian church, where would the lost be if they were not white and conservative. v18 places blame for the Church’s diversity squarely on God’s shoulders and gives us the reason for ‘’it hath please him’’ to do it. v19 ‘’if we were all...’’ as the white conservative christian church. v20 began with ‘’but now...’’ is the summation of all the apostle has put forth in the study;v21 when you read; the eye can not say to the hand, ‘’I have no need of you’’

In v22 & 23 Au contraire the rejection of the ‘’ more feeble’’ and ‘’less than honorable members are what we see in the Christian Conservative Congressman Paul Ryan’s 100 + page GOP Budget proposal.

International Sunday School Lesson on 1 Corinthians 13

    in Christianity

Paul this man who was once call Saul who hated the church after being brought into the light of Christ tells us in chapter 12 of the spiritual gifts God placed in the church; in chapter 14, he lectures the class on prophecy and its superiority of the two. And, then he makes chapter 13 the ‘’oreo’’ in the cookie: the greatest of these is love.

Chapter 13, v. 1-3 In paragraph one of three, Paul’s arrangement of the spiritual gifts in a greater/lesser grouping are to highlight the importance of love to tongues & prophecy; knowledge or faith nor the burning of your body are greater than love.

Paul, the apostle, in v.4-7,  personifies and enumerates what love is and what love aint; what love does and what love does not do.

V, 8-13 are The preacher and teacher waits until v. 8, his last paragraph, to announces the text of his message, ‘’love never fail’’...

V.13 Our Dear brother Paul in the final verse of the love chapter takes love and do the math with faith and hope...
