#AskEvan Episode 2, Evan Russell Real Estate Coach answers your questions
For the first time since 2003, the Cubs have a postseason victory. Everything about the team's performance last night illustrated just how much progress they've made, along with the elevated level of maturity on a very young and talented team. Can they keep the ball rolling against their hated rival Cardinals in the NLDS?
Can the Bears improving defense slow down Jamaal Charles and the Chiefs offense? And what will Jay Cutler's makeshift offensive line look like this week?
Call in at 347.327.9183! BECAUSE CHICAGO LOVES SPORTS.
So.... It starts. The rebuilding process has been started, finally from the right place. I have shared before, a chef can have all the ingredients for a perfect gourmet meal but, if he can’t cook, it’s a waste! That about summed up the Miami Dolphins through last Sunday's debacle in London. The best DT in football, top tier DE's and pro-bowl DB's and a center that has been to Hawaii a few times as well.... borderline greatness ready to bloom at QB and receivers.... but no "chef" to mix the ingredients correctly to serve that perfect meal.
So... OUT WITH THE OLD & IN WITH THE NEW... Let’s see if this new chef (coach) has a better palate for flavor and can "mix it up" better than the last. Although the resume' has 6 years of coaching and 11 years as a player, there is little to no experience running a team. Not only will he need to earn respect from the players, he has an entire coaching staff full of pride, wisdom, experience and age to either help Mr. Campbell or bring him down. Does he make changes to surround himself with folks that to enable his will be done? Does he teach the teachers? Is he merely a motivator until another replaces him - as soon as that becomes available?
Let’s talk about these things and more on Thursday’s show! You're invited to call and listen in, or speak your mind (516) 453-9433 at 6:30 EST... Last week former center for the Miami Dolphins John Bock gave us a call and shared his wonderful insight on things as only an insider can... Who knows who will call in this week.. Seeya then!!
Nothing is off limits as KD checks in with the latest episode of Crunchtime. Greg Hardy and Rolando McClain return and with them comes a firestorm of national controversy with our own Mike Fisher embroiled. Fish weighs in on the situation while Joey Ickes and Keith Mullins join KD in parsing through the strange Cowboys coaching decisions (and shortcomings) as well as the fits for the returning players and how things will look moving forward. It doesn't get any more hectic than Week 5, with the juggernaut offense of the New England Patriots coming to town scoring 40 points a game. Oh boy...

Special Thursday episode of the program all about TV. Our guests: Dan Russell, senior vice president of programming and production at Poker Central, the new channel which launched October 1, and Legends Football League player Jamie Barwick, subject of Oxygen's new series Pretty Strong.
We heading to week 5 of the NFL season. And of course, the season has had no controversy.
We will bat around the latest.
We'll talk about some horrible kicking. And we’re not talking just extra points – but field goals.
We will run down this week's big games. And we'll check out your fantasy.
Joining me – as always -- is Eric Snyder, our NFL expert. He is the author of a book on the Raiders and Raider Nation. You can also hear him on the Power Hour on Fox Sports Radio 1340 in Vegas.
Two big take-aways:
First the controversial call. The officials blew it on the field. Instant replay needs to be changed. And players need to know the rules. When I saw the ball pushed out, I thought wait where is Dave Caspar?
There were some other controversial calls. I thought the fumble by Travis Kelcie was a weird call. Do we allow for instant replay during the whole game and take it out of the hands of the coaches?
Second big take-away from last week was the fabulous coaching. I look at Jeff Fisher who turned around the Rams to beat the Cardinals. I look at what Chuck Pagano did to get the Colts in the win column without Andrew Luck. I look at Tom Coughlin who has the Giants back on track. Or is this league just so competitive that each week it's a difficult to put two wins back to back?
Third take-away: horrible kicking. Josh Scobee has already been released by the Steelers. One article said Scobee had made fun of Tiger’s chipping yips and karma came back to get him. But is it the new extra point rule causing Field Golf problems?
There were some other controversial calls. I thought the fumble by Travis Kelcie was a weird call.
In Episode 142 of Amazin' Avenue Audio, the crew has discovered the meaning of the universe, and it is the Mets in the playoffs! Greg and Jeffrey look back on their favorite Mets from 2015 and forward to how we are feeling about the Dodgers series (Greg is optimistic, Jeffrey pessimistic, F###n shocker as Billy Wagner would say). Next, David J. Roth of Vice Sports is here to discuss...the 2001 Diamondbacks baseball-reference page? Ichiro pitching? Eventually we get to the Mets as well. This kind of stuff tends to happen when he stops by. Then, Mike Vorkunov of the Star-Ledger gives Chris McShane some insight into the Mets roster machinations on the eve of their first playoff series in nine years. Finally, Mike Ferrin XM of Sirius joins us from somewhere on I-78 to shovel a little dirt on the Nationals grave and ponder how the Mets might fare against Kershaw and Greinke.
In one of the most informative football (not just fantasy) podcasts available, John Hansen and Greg Cosell break down every game on the NFL schedule for the upcoming week, complete with fantasy tips and game film analysis. A must-listen for fantasy players and NFL fans in general.
The Green Bay Packers have celebrated a 4-0 First Quarter full of purged demons at nearly every turn, with Clay Matthews putting the frosting on the cake by kissing his bicep and taunting Colin Kaepernick. Where does this team go from here? A two-game homestand starting with the Rams and ending with Throwback Weekend against the Chargers. Could this be an undefeated 6-0 team going into the bye? Join the Cheesehead Radio team as we discuss how far this team can go in 2015.
Then, tune in for a return visit from Eric Baranczyk, of the Green Bay Press-Gazette's PackersNews, who will give us his insights as to how the Packers have been unravelling everything opposing teams have thrown at them this season.
Cheesehead Radio is brought to you by some of the top writers in the Packers Blogosphere: Jayme Snowden, Jersey Al Bracco & CD Angeli of CheeseheadTV, and John Rehor of PackersTalk.
Ronnie and Professor Stein turn into Firestorm and destroy the singularity, but at the cost of Ronnie's life. Six months later, Barry is now working on his own to avoid hurting any more of his friends and family; Cisco works in the police department alongside Joe and his metahuman task force, and Caitlin works at Mercury Labs. The city holds a ceremony honoring the Flash for his work in saving the city where they give him the key to the city. At the ceremony they are attacked by Al Rothstein whose strength and size manipulation prove too much for Barry to handle on his own. He is convinced by Joe and the others that he needs help in taking down certain metahumans and Barry defeats Al by allowing him to absorb too much radiation. In his dying breath, Al tells Barry that he was sent to kill him by someone named Zoom. Barry also receives a hard drive from Eobard Thawne containing his confession to killing Nora that finally proves Barry's father's innocence. They throw a party where Henry tells Barry that he won't stay in Central City, thinking that it could hold back Barry's duty as the Flash.
