    Paranormal investigation at Grasshopper Junction

    in Paranormal

    Tonight a group of paranormal investigators will revisit the place where two people were murdered.  The crime has puzzled the same investigators before.
    In the video on the right Route 66 Paranormal Investigators used a night vision camera to capture motion inside the empty home.
    On May 14, 1991 Dean Morrison and  Jackie Appelhans were shot to death along the famed Route 66.  They were two-of-six people who lived in the area known as Grasshopper Junction.   The murder mystery that followed ended in 1992 when two brothers were convicted of the deaths.

    K-ASK RADIO STATION

    in Christianity

    Remember your Creator
        in the days of your youth,before the days of trouble come   and the years approach when you will say,  “I find no pleasure in them”—
    2 before the sun and the light     and the moon and the stars grow dark,   and the clouds return after the rain;
    3 when the keepers of the house tremble, and the strong men stoop,when the grinders cease because they are few,  and those looking through the windows grow dim;
    4 when the doors to the street are closed  and the sound of grinding fades;when people rise up at the sound of birds, but all their songs grow faint;5 when people are afraid of heights  and of dangers in the streets;when the almond tree blossoms and the grasshopper drags itself along and desire no longer is stirred. Then people go to their eternal home   and mourners go about the streets.

    Prophetic Conversations with You: Know the Creator - NOW!

    in Youth

    The focus will be directed towards ministering to the youth and those who think young.

    Know the Creator now! Lesson will come from Ecclesiastes 12:1-14 (KJV)

    Ecclesiastes 12:1-14 (KJV)
    1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;
    2 While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:
    3 In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened,
    4 And the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick shall be brought low;
    5 Also when they shall be afraid of that which is high, and fears shall be in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail: because man goeth to his long home, and the mourners go about the streets:
    6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.
    7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
    8 Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.
    9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.......

    An Hour With Rick Pulido

    in Comedy

    Energetic, prolific, and profound describe Rick's seemingly naive observations. He retorts on social, political, economic and personal matters like a grasshopper would question the meaning of reality beyond the cornfield. But don't expect to see it coming. His delivery is simple-minded to one goal only, to get you to laugh. "My words are my ammo. My attitude is my weapon," says Rick.

    A former writer for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Rick is very creative, using unique and unconventional ideas in his act. Using his Spanish and Texas accents like a worm to a fish, he catches the audience off guard. His misuse of the English language and questioning nature make an audience laugh hysterically - he leaves 'em mentally and physically exhausted.

    Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Rick moved to California right after high school. He attended Nosotros, an organization created by Ricardo Montalban to improve the Latin roles in the movie industry. There he studied acting under Bruce Glover. After moving to Northern California, he was bitten by the comedy bug and hasn't been able to shake it. Self taught, and countless times onstage, Rick sharpened his comedic skills. He works clean, because it's a challenge, and so his mother can attend his shows.
