Bone broth and its healing benefits have been around since the beginning of recorded history. Our ancestors from every culture around the world have made various versions of bone broth and have known about its nutritious super powers. In fact, it is only in the more recent generations that the knowledge of the benefits of real bone broth has been all but forgotten. As convenience foods and microwaves were invented and house wives decided to go into the market place, the long hours of slowly cooking bones began its steep decline into history.
However (and luckily), with social media and the ever expanding wellness industry, terms like “ancestral nutrition” and “paleo” have reminded us of the importance of returning to real foods and remembering the words of our grandparents: “Eat your soup, it’s good for you.”
In this episode, Dr. Budweiser, founder of Weiser Living, will dig into this age old superfood and share with you why you should be reviving this ancient recipe and reintegrating it into your daily diet.
He will cover the following points:

The magical story of no interceptions is over and now the media can focus on the Green Bay Packers defense. Although St. Louis Rams running back Todd Gurley rushed for 159 yards, Nick Foles threw four interceptions and the Packers won 24-10. The Packers defense now ranks third in points allowed per game, only allowing 16.2. Foles was sacked three times, but was under constant pressure and ended the day 11 of 30 for 141 yards. By winning the line early, the Rams fed the ball to Gurley to slow down the pass rush. Subtract the 55 yard galevant, the Packers held Gurley to 3.6 yards per carry. Rookie Quinten Rollins intercepted Foles, in the first quarter, and returned it 45 yards to give the Packers a 14-0 lead. Two interceptions inside the red zone helped secure the victory.
Aaron Rodgers had a ball tipped and intercpeted by James Lauranitis to end his streak at 587 passes without an interception at home. Rodgers ended the day with modest numbers 19 of 30 for 241 yards. The big play was a 65 yard touchdown pass to James Jones. Initially Jones was ruled down at the one yard line but Mike McCarthy challenged the pay. The ruling on the field was overturned and Jones was credited with his fifth touchdown of the year. Eddie Lacey found little running room against the Rams. His long run of the day was eight yards, and he finished with 27 rushing yards. Rodgers led the team in rushing with 39 yards.
The Rams fall to 2-3 and will enjoy a bye week before hosting the Cleveland Browns. Green Bay improved to 5-0 and will host the San Diego Chargers next week.

Sitting on a shabby green sofa somewhere in the ISIS-controlled city of Mosul, Iraq, the militants laugh and joke as one of them films their excited chatter. "Today is the female sex slave market day, which has been ordained," explains a skinny, black-clad Jihadi, gesturing at the camera. "With Allah's permission, each will get a share," promises another of the fighters. "Where is my Yazidi girl?" asks the first, a wide grin splitting his straggly-bearded face.
