I found this set of 4 12" albums in a Goodwill store for a whooping price of $2.99

I wanted to experiment to see what I could do. So today I managed to edit and join both the Sunrise beginning and the conclusion into one complete file and remove some of the blanks and some of the noise.

I just wanted to share all of you the results of my beginning audio engineer career

    Thank you

Running The Grand Canyon-Rim to Rim to Rim

    in Sports

Trail Running is on the rise; one of the most epic challenges for an Ultra Trail Runner is traversing the Grand Canyon.  Listen as Vanessa Runs shares her journey from rim-to-rim-to-rim, running through one of the 7 great Natural Wonders of the World.

How long will it take?  Well, first of all, it’s not a race. It would be crazy to do this run and not take some time to enjoy the incredible scenery.  A mid-pack runner should plan on at least 13-15 hours.

It is a tough run, with a little bit of everything as obstacles: some rocky sections of trail, some exposure, two BIG hills, heat, cold, altitude (7000 feet at the south rim, 2600 feet at the bottom, 8000 feet at the north rim).

You will definitely feel like you’ve accomplished something when you finish.  And you will see the Grand Canyon as few have ever seen it!

Through Rain and Thunderstorms, Lewis Hamilton on Pole for Malaysian Grand Prix

    in News

It was wet stormy day at the Sepang track, during qualifying, for the Formula One Malaysian Grand Prix, on Saturday.  Mercedes wunderkind and two-time champion Lewis Hamilton took his second pole position in the second race of the season. Former Red Bull champion Sebastian Vettel, in his first season driving for Ferrari, broke-up the Mercedes 1-2 front row by taking second away from fellow German, Nico Rosberg.  A very disappointed Nico Rosberg, will be starting in third position.  Red Bulls, Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat qualified 4th and 5th respectively.  For the first time in 54-years, a teenager, Max Verstappen, qualified in the top ten in Formula One Grand Prix qualifying. Verstappen, driving for Toro Rosso, and will be starting, sixth, on Sunday.   At age 17, Verstappen is the youngest driver in Formula One.  Thunderstorms and torrential rains stopped any momentum Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen may have had, scoring in the top ten. He will start in eleventh, position.  The Sepang crowd welcomed back an injured Fernando Alonso and Valtteri Bottas after both drivers suffered injuries doing what the love, racing.  With dynamics on the track changing, Sunday's race should be spectacular.

Keep it tuned to Xiro Xone F1 Sports for all the action at the Formula One Grand Prix, Malaysia.

World Champion Lewis Hamilton Wins Australian Grand Prix 2015

    in News

It was a world-class blowout for the Mercedes Petronas Formula One team, at the Australian Grand Prix, on Sunday. Two-time world champion Lewis Hamilton successfully defended his title.  The opening season race was a seat grabber, and the podium interview conducted by Arnold Schwarzeneggar, was a cherry topping off a great race.

For most of the race Hamilton maintained a two-second lead ahead of teammate Nico Rosberg, to win the first Formula 1 Grand Prix of the 2015 season. Rosberg came in comfortable second, followed by, Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel.  Felipe Massa with Williams, and Felipe Nasr with Sauber, came in fourth and fifth, respectively.  The Ferrari team was revitalized with their first podium finish in a long time, thanks to, a better car, and 4-time champion Sebastian Vettel, behind the wheel.

There was a crash, a spinout, smoke, and a faulty pit stop, that ended the race for several others the drivers. While McLaren-Honda reserve driver Kevin Magnussen and Russian driver Daniil Kvyat, never made it onto the track. A faulty pit stop ended the race for Kimi Raikkonen, and Gearbox failure ended the race for Red Bull driver, Daniil Kvyat.

Williams driver Valtteri Bottas, who was declared unfit to drive, due to a back injury. Fans are wishing him well and hoping he can get back out on the track. Bottas put Williams back on the map, after a long podium absence, for the team.  And two-time champ Fernando Alonso, driving for McLaren-Honda suffered a concusion on the last day of preseason testing. Doctors think he should sit out the race in Australia because they want to minimize the risk a second impact syndrome so soon after his concussion.

The best line of the night goes to NBCSN Announcer David Hobbs when Perez and Button made contact, Hobbs remarked, “These guys are duking it out for dead last."
