American Daily Review: Another Anti-Christian Hate Crime

    in Politics Conservative

Citzens United was NOT about policy; By 2-1, Americans still support Planned Parenthood, and nearly 70% oppose a government shutdown to "defund" it; Another day, another wave of classified Hillary Clinton emails as her fundraising numbers continue to plummet; Illegal aliens and the Electoral College; Obama ups the government shutdown ante; Is Marco Rubio emerging as Donald Trump's main challenger?; Russia has taken over the Middle East and shown the U.S. the door; Obama closes U.S. nuclear program; Angela Merkel reaps the Muslim whirlwind; Americans agree with Ben Carson on "No Muslim President"; and the Great Staredown - Benjamin Netanyahu at the U.N.

Then, in hour #3 of the Saturday Afternoon Extravanganza on Constitution Radio on KMET 1490-AM, 4PM Eastern/1PM Pacific:

REAL unemployment surges, wages keep falling; Hurricane Joaquin blasts Bahamas, looks like it won't become another SuperStorm Sandy; Pope Francis meets with, encourages, and then blatantly betrays Rowan County, Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis; Tea Partiers loathed John Boehner as House Speaker, so he gave them what they wanted - his resignation, and the agenda-spiking chaos that is already underway; and the anti-Christian pogrom at Umpqua Community College in Roseberg, Oregon.

    Wanda's Picks Radio Show

    in Art

This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!

    1. Stanley Nelson joins us to speak about his film: Black Panthers: Vanguard of the Revolution opening today in San Francisco Bay Area theatres. theblackpanthers.com

    2. From the archives: Emory Douglas re: Harvey Milk Photo Center exhibit March 9, 2013; Ericka Huggins re: Black Panther Mixed Tape

    Shout For Victory

    in Self Help

Thursday October 1, 2015 @ 9PM CST… Theme of the week:  Stoney Places: We can learn a lot about the difference in soil types and what to expect when working it and what to expect the soil to produce. Some fields had clods of dirt that were as hard as a stone. The wise farmers knew the toil and labor involved in taking on this challenge. This soil never produced a meaningful crop nor harvest. A wise farmer stayed away from such a challenge, for their time, resources and efforts were of great value. It's the same principle today when we sow the word among those with stony hearts. Pride is often the stony clod that prevents the seed from accomplishing its work. The heart, which is the soil, has as much power as the seed. For if the soil is good, then the seed will do what it is designed to do. Tune in for Shout for Victory. 347-237-4648 or www.shoutforvictory.org
