We've all had situations where we intended one thing and something else entirely happens. Today we're going to talk about setting intentions and what to do when those intentions get scrambled in their execution. We'll look at real life situations and how some were handled better than others and what the outcome of those choices were. Join us live at 11am Eastern Standard Time online, listen to the archive version at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/betterlivingdaily/2014/10/30/when-good-intentions-go-bad or listen live on your phone at (347) 945-6060.

Tune in and join me as I welcome this week's guest.
Author Pablo Solares Acebal joins me this week from his home in Spain to talk about his books, including critically acclaimed The 6th of November and the upcoming The House of Good Intentions.
Spain, 1935. In "The 6th of November", Pablo weaves a complex but fluid narrative that combines fragments of history with the intricacies of love, family, and politics. The reader is thrown into a world that is both exciting yet frightening, with characters that, at every turn, are as visible as the story itself. Pablo’s narrative, to a large extent, defies every traditional definition of technique and style, as he lavishly combines and floats from realism to magic realism, masterly using both to tell this intricate story. "The 6th of November" is not for those who enjoy bland and conventional narratives; it is one of those little volumes that will stay around for a long time.
Tune in Friday at11AM EST or listen to the archive.

Have you ever done something out of the kindness of your heart and regretted it later? Have you ever tried to help someone in need and somehow it turns around and bites you? Have you ever started your day with good intentions and by the end of the day you are bombarded with ridicule and accusations?
If your answer to all of the above questions is yes then you are not alone. Far too often many good deeds turn out to be bad ideas for some.
Join us on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 on DPRADIOXL/blogtalk radio where we will be discussing how NO GOOD DEEDS GO UNPUNISHED.
We're sure you will find some humor within the discussion but you will also learn how to think before you do something because all good intentions end up being seen as such.

Pastor Brad Morgan of New Life Beginnings Church in Pattison, TX continues to share about God's Suddenlies. God is going to do some things that are not gradual, but they will happen suddenly. One of the way that suddenlies come is the declaration of the word of God. Pastor Brad speaks from Numbers 13 about the rising up of man in this time. In these verses it says "be of good courage." Courage is something that God puts in us. God tells us to be of good courage because He knows fear can come against you. Fear will seek to talk you out of the assignement God has given you. Fear is a sin and does not come from God. People of God need to be people of persistence. Stand and watch the gift of faith be stirred within you. The are obstacles, giants that stand in your way, but God tells you, "you are well able."
