Going Shamanic: The Art of Stalking the Dream

    in Spirituality

Last month we had an incredibly rich show on The Art of Dreaming. Today we dive into what it means to 'stalk' the dream.

What kinds of 'stalking' strategies can we use to achieve our dreams?

How do we keep moving forward when in overwhelm or feeling the emotions of pressure from others?

This show has so much juicy information and knowledge all in one hour. You'll want to get a pen and paper to take notes - and we'll post more information on our website for you in the coming weeks @ www.PAGEMediaProject.com

Gael Carter has immersed herself in shamanism for more than 25 years. She has studied under teachers of the sacred spiritual pathways of the Mayan, Toltec, Yaqui, and Q’ero peoples. She stands with Hyemeyohsts Storm, on the belief that earth based knowledge belongs in the hands of the people. In service of this belief, Gael has co-authored the book, Shamanic Ceremonies for a Changing World, a resource and guide for walking a path of Spirit. Gael is also the director and co-founder of the Institute of Shamanic Medicine (ISM) (www.shamanicmedicine.ca) which trains Shamanic Coaches in the practical use of contemporary shamanic knowledge, tools, and ceremony.

    Going Shamanic: Interspecies Communication

    in Spirituality

Join us on today for "Going Shamanic" radio with Jennifer Engracio.

This episode, we explore Interspecies Communication with Val Majeau from Sacred Paws.

How can we learn to communicate with animals?

What can they teach us about living?

How can they help us heal?

This conversation will bring up some age old questions about the 'feelings' and sensitivities of animals.  Val Majeau is the owner of Sacred Paws, a business she runs from the Calgary, Alberta area of the world.  Sacred Paws is a mobile service, devoted to all animals. Animals suffer from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues just as we do. They are sensitive to human moods and changes in their environment.  Val also helps humans to understand their animals’ needs better.

    Going Shamanic: Storytelling as Medicine

    in Spirituality

Join us tonight as we speak to seasoned storyteller, Greg Leach, to find out how stories can be told to help us transform, heal and grow as individuals and how we can tell stories that support healing in our communities.   Greg Leach began telling stories when he was 8 years old.  In high school he enjoyed what was then known as Public Speaking.  After university, he wrote for the underground theatre movement.  For a period of time he was a member of of the Writers In Residence program at Tarragon Theatre.  Shortly afterward, he wrote for CBC Radio Drama.  But he really came into his own as a storyteller when he entered the marketing world.  They say that every brand has its own story, and Greg was busy developing and modifying brand stories.  He found that the stories that seemed to work best were the stories that had the benefit of being true. _________________________________   Going Shamanic is hosted by Jennifer Engracio, about how to integrate shamanism into everyday life.    Instead of relegating the spiritual aspect of ourselves to Sundays at church or weekend workshops, this show will support listeners in weaving ritual, prayer, magic, alignment with the Spiritworld and the Earth into their lives to enrich their experience of living.     Jen is the founder of Spiral Dance Shamanics : www.jenniferengracio.wordpress.com
