    Godzilla Final Wars

    in Podcasting

Are we to blame? In 2004 Toho decided to take a 10 year break...then we got Godzilla '14. FW's was supposed to be a remake of Destroy All Monsters. We got more monsters, and...a...Matrix...cross...over? Better episode next time...till then courage.

    Godzilla and Me

    in Movies

Host Betty Jo Tucker rants and raves about the new Godzilla movie. Is this film a hit or a miss? How does it compare with previous Godzilla offerings? What are the most exciting elements of Godzilla 2014? What could have been done better? Why is Godzilla so popular? Tune in and find out!  Comedian Nancy Lombardo and producer Nikki Starr join in the fun.

Called King of the Monsters, Godzilla (Gojira) has been stomping around the screen for 60 years. Appearing first in Ishiro Honda’s 1954 Japanese film, this massive creature has become a pop culture icon with 28 films about him produced by the Toho Company. In 1998, Tri-Star released another Godzilla movie to mixed reviews, but Godzilla 2014 – presented by Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures -- is receiving mostly rave reviews.

During the live show, listeners are invited to call in and to participate in a chat. An archived segment will also be available.

AMH and SCREAMBOX Present Godzilla 2014

    in Paranormal

There are re-makes and then there are re-makes. Godzilla 2014 is a monster of a re-make. The latest re-telling of the classic creature-feature roars into theaters and IMAX on May 16. America's Most Haunted Radio talks to the expert - our go-to guy for all films creepy, scary, dark, and dreary: Screambox TVs fearless leader Ray Cannella, a.k.a "Rayzilla."

The original 1954 Godzilla movie still resonates with audiences today. It has inspired countless sequels, spin-offs, and re-imaginings of the gigantic terror of Tokyo - some good, some not so much. Can we please forget the 1998 version?
