To enjoy the reality of God’s presence, you must make it your number one aim in life to do the things that please Him, not the things that grieve Him. A person that constantly grieves God can never experience God’s glorious presence. On the other hand, God draws near, and dwells with people that constantly seek to please Him.
This was our Lord Jesus’ secret. He always enjoyed the reality of God’s presence because He always did the things that pleased the Father. He never did anything that grieved Him. In John 8:29 He said, And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” Discover how you can please God in this broadcast!
Join us for intecessory prayer as we start our week seeking the face and favor of God
This evening we would like to open up the phone lines for conversation and dialog on any and all aspects of sports minus sports scores. Let us look at the industry from a parents perspective and how it affects not only us, but our families as well. Let's talk basketball, football, baseball, and more. Will the concussion issue hinder the games of footbal, soccer amd lacrosse as we know it today? Will the change in initial eligibility GPA for Division I athletes help or hurt children in low income communities? These are some of the topics we would like to explore and more.
“The Word we study has to be the Word we pray. My personal experience of the relentless tenderness of God came not from exegetes, theologians, and spiritual writers, but from sitting still in the presence of the living Word and beseeching Him to help me understand with my head and heart His written Word. Sheer scholarship alone cannot reveal to us the gospel of grace. We must never allow the authority of books, institutions, or leaders to replace the authority of *knowing* Jesus Christ personally and directly. When the religious views of others interpose between us and the primary experience of Jesus as the Christ, we become unconvicted and unpersuasive travel agents handing out brochures to places we have never visited.”
“If we were left to ourselves with the task of taking the gospel to the world, we would immediately begin planning innovative strategies and plotting elaborate schemes. We would organize conventions, develop programs, and create foundations… But Jesus is so different from us. With the task of taking the gospel to the world, he wandered through the streets and byways…All He wanted was a few men who would think as He did, love as He did, see as He did, teach as He did and serve as He did. All He needed was to revolutionize the hearts of a few, and they would impact the world.”

Memphis, TN – Ministry means service. Whether it’s nursing or feeding the homeless, when you have the gift of serving others, you would do it for free.
Linda Kinnard is the founder of Beautiful Beginnings Life Ministries, a coaching ministry dedicated to serving individuals to reach a greater place in their life. Linda founded her Beautiful Beginnings following a 20-year career as a registered nurse.
“I’ve always been a coach, a leader, that’s been able to see the best in people,” says Linda. “Being a nurse, I have been shaped to understand love. Beautiful Beginning Life Ministries was borne out of a desire to expand. I bring energy, power, strength and I bring a genuine belief in the person.”
As a nurse, Linda vowed to never separate herself or treat someone differently based on their status, color, religion. She believes this philosophy comes from a higher place.
“I love that we have the ability to strive, to use the potential we have to stretch ourselves and become more in the midst of obstacles,” says Linda. “That’s the type of coach I am. It goes hand in hand with ministry because you are inspiring people to reach a place they’ve never been before.”
Linda is the author of Daily Love Letters From God: PS. He Loves You. Published in September. the book is a modern day epistle written to believers to help them grow and mature in the principles of a Godly lifestyle.
“I’m most proud of the way I treat others. I don’t separate my love toward anyone. And that’s why I wrote Daily Love Letters From God: P.S. He Loves You,” says Linda. “Every letter is constructed to help you understand God’s love.”

This episode of Pneumatikos will explore the importance of trust in God. Daniel's life was filled with poignant life lessons of approriate trust in God. Through intense persecution he persevered and would not forfeit his well-placed trust in God. Daniel's soul was filled with epignosis( critical perception of doctrine), and he was Spirit-filled too. This was an unbeatable combination that made him a mature believer. Daniel knew that trust in Yahweh was the greatest spiritual action of his very rich life.
