Matt Hamilton and Jonathan Munshaw have a shortened show once again, but use their 60 minutes to revisit their MLB hot stove topics from last week. Jonathan then recaps the Wizards' week and makes the case for why Bradley Beal should get every single penny he asks for in a new contract. Then, Matt discusses the Ravens' win over the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football and they both break down the possibilities in the AFC North. They close out the show by talking about what to do with Robert Griffin III in Washington.
This basketball show features coaches who have teams in the southern region of the NWAACC, one of the great community college basketball leagues in the entire country, also having east, west and north regions that encompass the great state of Washington and Oregon.
NWAACC basketball is as exciting as it gets and the after pre-league games in November and December, most league games in the southern region take place on Wednesday and Saturdays, with a few Mondays sprinkled in.

The Right Reverend Doctor John L. Selders, Jr. is an ordained minister serving in the United Church of Christ, the organizing pastor of Amistad United Church of Christ, Hartford, CT, and Assitant Chaplain at Trinity College. Bishop Selder's hometown is St. Louis.
Bishop Selders has served as Lecturer at Yale Divinity School in New Haven, CT., Adjunct Faculty Member in the Field Education at Andover Newton Theological School, Newton, MA., Dean of Urban Ministry Track for The Anglican Divinity School and is an adjunct faculty member for The Seminary Consortium for Urban Pastoral Education, Chicago, IL. He serves on a number of boards and works with several organizations both locally and nationally whose work is ultimately concerned with the healing of humanity.
Reverend Dr. Weldon G. Thomas is a native of Annapolis, MD. He is the pastor of New Bethel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Rochester, New York. Prior to his current appointment, Rev. Thomas served as the Presiding Elder of the New York - New England District of the CME Church supervising 20 churches in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. Dr. Thomas serves as the Director of Christian Education for the New York – Washington Region of the CME Church, and as a member of the C.M.E. Board of Institutional Chaplains. He has served as assistant pastor in Philadelphia, PA., and pastored in Winston-Salem, NC, and in Washington, D.C. where he was the president of the Black Methodist Clergy Association of Greater Washington DC.
