Continuing our theme of Honoring Your Resolution to Change Your Life, Sheldon Ginsberg returns to discuss Physical and Spiritual Fitness. We all want to improve our health, but must realize that the Body reflects the Mind! It is nearly impossible to change your physical form while your thoughts and emotions remain the same. Sheldon went from Physical Fitness Trainer to Author, Stress Healing Practitioner, Speaker, Healing Innovator and CEO of the Institute of Energy Based Health™ - a health company devoted to self-healing products and services. He will explain this process in such a clear way that you will be inspired to take the steps necessary to be fit and aligned in all areas: Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and Spiritually.
In 1999, he developed a health and healing program called DeStress Therapy™ or Energetic Regeneration Therapy, which involves teaching clients how to change their body’s habitual reaction to stress. The result is a profound opportunity for healing, health, transformation and personal growth. Sheldon has worked with people who can’t sleep, have digestive problems, are overly stressed or anxious and those that can’t stop themselves from being “on.” He has also helped improve the lives of people with spinal cord injuries, patients recovering from strokes, clients with frozen shoulders and cancer survivors.

A short reading and interview with Benjamin Ginsberg, author of How the Jews Defeated Hitler: Exploding the Myth of Jewish Passivity in the Face of Nazism.
"Benjamin Ginsberg’s pathbreaking study demolishes the widely held view that Jews failed to resist during the Holocaust. He conclusively demonstrates the immense Jewish contribution, on many fronts, to the defeat of Nazi Germany. Ginsberg uncovers many forms of Jewish anti-Nazi resistance largely overlooked by other scholars. His book analyzes and details European and American Jews’ prominent role in conventional and partisan military efforts, in scientific and engineering breakthroughs critical to the Allied war effort, in undermining Nazi propaganda, and in counteracting isolationism in the West. This work will transform how scholars and the public view Jews and the Holocaust." Stephen H. Norwood, University of Oklahoma; Author, The Third Reich in the Ivory Tower and Antisemitism and the American Far Left "Fascinating... an original contribution to an important subject." Donald M. McKale, Clemson University; Author, Hitler's Shadow War and Nazis after Hitler BENJAMIN GINSBERG is David Bernstein Professor of Political Science and Chair of the Center for Advanced Governmental Studies at Johns Hopkins University. There's tons of polls taken on how American see their government. But until now, no one's thought to ask how our government see us. Hopkins political scientists Benjamin Ginsberg and Jennifer Bachner did, and their findings were touched on in an article in the Sunpaper, with the headline: "Feds are whiter, richer, more liberal than most Americans."
Their findings were that the people who make policy that governs us are very out of touch with the people they are making the regulations for. Hiatuses were built into the congresses schedule not as vacations. The point was to use that time to go back to their home towns, talk to their constituents, watch what was happening there. That was how they were to stay in touch with the people. But that's not how it's being done now. Click here to see the paper Ben Ginsberg and Jen Bachner wrote.

(CNN) -- Could a newly released audio provide more clues on what led up to Michael Brown's shooting death?
The FBI has questioned a man who says he recorded audio of gunfire at the time Brown was shot by Ferguson, Missouri, police on August 9, the man's attorney told CNN.
In the recording, a quick series of shots can be heard, followed by a pause and then another quick succession of shots.
Forensic audio expert Paul Ginsberg analyzed the recording and said he detected at least 10 gunshots -- a cluster of six, followed by four.
New audio of Michael Brown shooting?
"I was very concerned about that pause ... because it's not just the number of gunshots, it's how they're fired," the man's attorney, Lopa Blumenthal, told CNN's Don Lemon.
