Please join host Pam Kroskie and Lisa Floyd as they discuss being adopted.
Lisa Floyd grew up in a closed adoption wondering who she was and where she came from. It took many years for her adoption fog to emerge after which she decided to search for and eventually reunite with both sides of her birth families.
It is only in finding her birth families and what occurred in the beginning days of her life that she has found her identity and her voice. She is passionate about adoptee rights and plans on becoming an attachment and trauma therapist to help her fellow adoptees find their authentic selves and meaningful, purpose-filled lives.

We are living in a time when so many people feel that so many things are going wrong and we are on a downward spiral. What are we to do when our backs are up against the wall? There is an old saying that "God may not come when you want Him, but He is always on time." Isn’t it good to know that He is bigger than any problem or issue we may face and that He always has a plan for us? This week, Kelsey and Randy Bohlender will be our guests to talk about how God's plan unfolded in their lives. They are the parents of ten children, six of whom they adopted. On Thursday, they celebrate the Grand Opening of Zoe’s House Adoptions, which they started to help others "navigate the complex world of adoption and bring a child into their home." We will also review Pope Francis' visit and message to America.
