We better make this description quick, before Steve Smoger sees us and tries to push us away from Bernard Hopkins by the face. Somehow Bernard Hopkins keeps winning, and the guy is old. Real old. Also, somehow his decision win over Karo Murat was much more entertaining than just about anyone expected. Queensberry Rules Radio will cover many facets of that Showtime main event, and also Peter Quillin's stoppage win over Gabe Rosado and Deontay Wilder's KO of Nick Firtha. As always, the hosts of the episode are James Foley of BadLeftHook.com and Patrick Connor of Queensberry Rules.com (addresses withheld to protect the hosts from Steve Smoger). Thanks for tuning in!
The Black Saints:
Formed in early 2009, The Black Saints have been preaching the glorious intensity and frenetic power of the most classic elements of rock n' roll and punk in their own delicious and wicked voice. They unabashedly revel in the sound of guitar-drenched rock revival that defines a new generation of independent music listener hungry for something other than the spoon fed mass-media examples of what passes for modern rock music. The band skillfully sets itself apart with killer guitar melodies, sleazy grooves, a tight musicianship and intense passion mixed with wild unpredictability. This isn't a band built out of cut & paste songwriting and phony auto-tuned vocal melodies. The Black Saints are true artists & musicians who mean what they play and leave it all on the stage for the crowd to revel in.
Bringing back the big hair and and big songs Chaotic Resemblance is a modern day Glam Metal band! We will play anywhere from a Bar to a Church. We have never shoved God down anyone’s throat, we just offer hope to a hurting world in the form of face melting Rock 'n Roll and let the chips fall where they may.&

When it rains, it pours. Except in this case, said downpour is a good thing, as it comes in the form of really sickening action to close out the rest of the year. The latest installment of "Hello, this is 2013 calling, boxing fan, and you're welcome" was Ruslan Provodnikov doing battle with Mike Alvarado this past weekend to the tune of a stoppage after the 10th round in favor of the Russian. That exquisite gorefest would probably be enough to carry a two-hour show, but James Foley of BadLeftHook.com and Patrick Connor of Queensberry-Rules.com will also preview Bernard Hopkins vs. Karo Murat and Peter Quillin vs. Gabe Rosado, among other musings. Joining the show this week is Kelsey McCarson, writer for TheSweetScience.com and BleacherReport.com, and member of the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board. Thanks for tuning in!
People Who Need People is a program for small business owners, start-ups, Mom and Pop stores - people with the true spirit of entrepreneurship.
During each show, our guests will talk about their products and services, why they do what they do in small business, and how to reach them with the common goal of supporting them and helping their businesses grow.
You're not going to see 'big' business feature in any segment of People Who Need People. Rather, this is all about the 'little guy' sharing, exchanging information, offering advice, and helping other 'little guys'.
You know that 'We All Need A Hand' from time to time and that's exactly what we are going to do on this show - lend a helping hand - and help small business owners progress along the pathway to their greater success.
Join us each Tuesday night on YTP RADIO for People Who Need People. Together, we can make a difference.
A day by day and tweet review of the Direct Primary Care Naitonal Summit in St. Louis October 11-12. A Patrick Jonas, MD, who served on the planning committee, spoke at and learned from Summit, is host and a practicing Family Physician in Ohio.
This meeting offered a lot for DPC physicians, practices, products and other interested parties. I review each item on the schedule and each sponsor and vendor. Almost everyone who attended was there at the closing bell. The enthusiasm was impressive.
I comment that this is the only aspect of medicine that is on the offensive. The movement - or Solution, as described by Gabe Fine of Health Access Rhode Island- has a chance to seize, retain and exploit the initiative.
#DPCSummit was the hashtag for Twitter. I reviewed most of the tweets on the show. Follow along while you listen.
All are welcome. A chat room affords listeners an opportunity for interaction in real time during the show, which is archived on BTR and iTunes.
