Hello Everyone, My name is Michelle Cornwell Jordan one of your hosts, and my co-host Jamie White is also joining me this evening. Tonight we are very happy to have the opportuity to chat with Children's/YA Fiction Author Bobbie Pyron!
From Bobbie Pyron: I live in Park City, Utah, way up at 7,000 feet. I live here with my husband, Todd, our three dogs Boo, Teddy, and Sherlock, and our two cats Mittens and Kami. Yes, it's a zoo.
My debut novel THE RING, was published by WestSide Books in 2009. In March of 2011, my middle-grade novel, A DOG'S WAY HOME, was published by Katherine Tegen Books (HarperCollins). The Dogs of Winter (2012) was published by Arthur A. Levine Books/Scholastic. My new middle grade novel, Lucky Strike (Arthur A. Levine Books), comes out March 1, 2015!
Hillary Clinton has begun her fabulous Magical Misery Tour on the bus. It really must gall her to have to get out and press the flesh in Iowa and eat at a Chipotle Grill. She is used to flying high and living off the donations of Chinese and Saudi leaders. Of course she needs eight more years to make the misery of the average American equal to that of the average European and maybe even South American. Marco Rubio throws his hat in the ring and so far gives a decent speech but hasn’t said much. Obama continues to apologize to the world for America, this week to Cuba and Hamas unveils its version of the Cub Scouts; the Cubs of the Caliphate. We prefer the term terror-tot.
Author Robert McNally shares his life lessons. Reminiscing about the "good 'ol days” can drum up some interesting memories of days gone by, a simpler time when the biggest concern children had was how many minutes they could play outside until Mom and Dad noticed the streetlights were on. After all, that was the universal signal that it was time to hightail it into the house. Author Robert McNally's hilarious recollection of his childhood memories, in The Memoir of a Boy on His Dangerous Journey trilogy is reminiscent of Huck Finn.
The trilogy includes two volumes to-date: I Had Jelly on My Nose and A Hole in My Breeches (vol. 1), Sister Superior's Thumb, the Pope's Ring and the End of Childhood (vol. 2), and the final book in the trilogy is currently being penned.
I Had Jelly on My Nose and A Hole in My Breeches (vol. 1) highlights McNally's childhood during WWII and the Great Depression when he grew up near a crematory and a jail. This wide-eyed, young boy's inner circle included members of his family, inmates of the county jail, and his best friend Rosemary. In his surroundings were gypsies, beggars and hobos.
The second volume of the trilogy, Sister Superior's Thumb, the Pope's Ring and the End of Childhood, continues on with McNally's adventures as he enters adolescence. One day he picked himself up and walked out of school and did not return. Three months later he was registered in a different one.
Robert McNally writes about his life's adventures growing up in Ridgewood and Middle Village, NY, at the coaxing of friends and family. Insurance auditor, turned writer, McNally now resides in New York with his wife.

Thursday, April 16, at 9PM ET/6PM PT, FightSaga Radio presents a special "Mayweather/Pacquiao Spy-Gate" episode of "Ringside Report with Rodney and Joseph"!
Kicking off tonight's 90 minute program, FightSaga Radio is honored to feature 25 year veteran trainer Don House of Las Vegas, Nevada!! The experienced boxing coach will address the accusations of "Spy-Gate" made by Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach, which were directed towards Don and his fighter, Keandre Gibson, during yesterday's media workout at the Wildcard Gym in Hollywood, California.
After the prolific fight trainer exits the program, radio personality Rodney Green, as well as fight scribe Joseph Herron, will review the two highly publicized media workouts of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao, which took place on April 14th and 15th respectively.
- Is Mayweather really going to retire after his contractual obligation has been fulfilled with Showtime/CBS? And could his somewhat fatigued attitude towards boxing hinder his performance in the ring on May 2nd?
- Mayweather stated during the media event that he doesn't get nervous or anxious for any fight or fighter any longer. Was Floyd being genuine when he stated this?
- Floyd Mayweather Sr. stated that his son could KO Manny Pacquiao as early as the 6 round on May 2. Is this a genuine possibility?
- Freddie Roach claims Manny Pacquiao will be the quicker and stronger fighter on May 2nd. Is he correct?
- Bob Arum claims the more stoic and pensive version of Mayweather that we're seeing in the build-up to this fight is the real Floyd Mayweather Jr. Is Bob accurate in his assessment?
Tune in to an all new edition of "Ringside Report with Rodney Green and Joseph Herron", exclusively on FightSaga Radio!!
