We're just over a week into free agency in the National Football League, and what a wild week it's been.
The New York Giants spent like they can't take it with them, making defensive end Olivier Vernon the NFL's richest defensive end. The Denver Broncos now face the very real possibility of starting the 2016 season with Mark Sanchez (yes, that Mark Sanchez) at quarterback after Brock Osweiler's stunning defection to the Houston Texans. Trades have shipped both running back DeMarco Murray and defensive end Chandler Jones to new teams.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
As the dust begins to settle after the first big wave of player movement, Fantasy Sharks Staff Writers Gary Davenport and Walton Spurlin are here to break down the fallout from it all. Who got a steal. Who got ripped off? And what does it all mean for the upcoming fantasy football season?
So join Gary and Wally on Thursday, March 17 at 7:00 PM ET for some fantasy football talk, St. Patty's Day style!
Come on in -- the water's FINE!!

Let me know some other people you would like to hear from or other leagues you have heard of that you want to hear about.
I am open to anyone that is taking fantasy sports into a unique area, whether it be a league, a site, a podcast. Pushing this FANTASY INSANITY to the next level is what this podcast is about.
Scott Fish runs a crazy league with an excellent name.
If you think anything less than 500 teams in a league is not enough, then this is not the podcast for you, but if you think a league with 480 teams fits into fantasy insanity then sit back and relax and enjoy and I pick Scott's brain (warning) about this monstrous league
Scott also allows fantasy football to help put some charity in the world.
YOU SHOULD DONATE
Jody Smith of Gridiron Experts joined me to talkfantasy football. We are talking scoring from a newspaper fantasy football. Pre-Internet fantasy football.
Tecmo Super Bowl works its way throughout the conversation as we shared a common obsession with this game growing up.
Jody wrote a great eBOOK, get it here http://gridironexperts.com/welcome-to-the-machine

Thank you very much Jody for joining as I continue to explore just what drove this community to fantasy football.
Ryan McDowell (@RyanMc23) joins me to talk about the Kitchen Sink League and other fantasy football league/commish items, as well as some other topics we strayed onto.
In this venture, my goal is to interview those that are not just playing fantasy football, but those that are creating new ways to play and enjoy it. Fantasy Football has taken a strangle hold as far as hobbies go for me. And I have come to find I am not alone in that. But beyond playing, there are people who are constantly thinking of new ways to set up leagues to allow people to play in very different ways. There are people that are writing about it in a way that is not just "hey here are my top 24 running backs". There are websites and podcasts that take on Fantasy Sports in a perspective that is completely different. I want to find out just what went wrong in these people lives that made them do the things they are doing. Just kidding, I share this, let's call it, passion (okay, insanity is probably more fitting). But still, what in the world were you thinking?
Thanks for the listen,
John L Bosch
A.J and Joe are excited to continue with more 2016 Fantasy Baseball draft preparation.
Our topic du jour is 'How to be a good league commissioner'.
Running a league can be very fun, but at the same time it is work and you need to take is seriously. Leagues fold because of bad commissioner's.
We are here to give you some tips of things to do and not to do when running your league.
Next we get into some recent ADP numbers. We discuss whether or not the player is being over or undervalued at that price.
As always can call into the show and join in on the conversation or ask us any questions. If you don’t want to call in you can send us messages on Twitter @FantasySixPack and @AppleGarthAlgar.
Pyro Fantasy Football Podcast 2016 - FREE AGENCY SO FAR (DAY 1) - Fantasy Football Fire - Show 218 (
Day 1 of NFL Free Agency was a wild one indeed. Lot's happened and tons of big name players are moving to new teams. The Houston Texans did the most, but the Saints, Dolphins, Jets and others got right into it as well. On this Pyro Podcast we use BLAB.im (sorry about the poor quality sound at times, we are working to figure out this platform the best we can). and sling the fantasy football goo about how these free agency signings affect #FF. Lot's gf big names mentioned here because of their new situation and others mentioned because of what has been left behind! So crack a beer and put your learning cap on and become a better fantasy football owner. This show was recorded on March 9th, 2016 - d-Rx®, Stagg Party, Houdini and PyromaniacMo dropping the ka-knowledge, please enjoy!
