Susan has had the great fortune to have worked with Chris Sullivan, Founder of Outback Steakhouse as her mentor. With Chris's guidance and support, he helped grow her retail business until she sold it in 2001. For the past 12 years, Susan has built up a multi-unit franchise to 8 Franchises with 5 Independent Contractors throughout the country. Susan also has her Masters in Social Work Administration and is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of self-employment.

Most recently he led Interdynamics, Inc as President and CEO, served on the Board of Directors and led a rapid turnaround of a previously family owned company.     Before that, as Vice President, International and member of senior leadership team for Honeywell International’s CPG Group he was responsible for all its brands and 13 overseas business units across Asia, Europe and Mexico.
