Susan's first business for 17 years included four retail locations, 42 employees with $3 million dollars in annual sales in the wireless industry. As a member of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, she participated for 18 months in the Mentor/Protégé program. Susan has had the great fortune to have worked with Chris Sullivan, Founder of Outback Steakhouse as her mentor. With Chris's guidance and support, he helped grow her retail business until she sold it in 2001. For the past 12 years, Susan has built up a multi-unit franchise to 8 Franchises with 5 Independent Contractors throughout the country. Susan also has her Masters in Social Work Administration and is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of self-employment.

Mark is originally from Boston and currently resides in Atlanta. He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University. Mark holds an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta School of Business and is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance from ATD. Mark enjoys running marathons which total 11 so far!

Judy is the co-founder of WEBB (Women Empowered by Business) a nationwide organization whose mission is to promote successful entrepreneurship among women by providing opportunities and resources designed to educate, empower and enlighten them as they embrace the challenges of business ownership. She is currently on the Executive Board of WEBB and leads the charity action team. She has been the team captain of the WEBB SpiderWEBB team for the past six years; the team does the 60 mile Susan G Komen Walk for the Cure and have raised over $ 90,000 toward the cause of ending breast cancer.
In the past fifteen years she has received Coach of the Year Award, Regional Developer of the Year Awards, and was awarded Franchisee of the Year by TES and The International Franchise Association in 2005.

Currently Mr. Lindberg is building a unique service model organization that restores tile, grout, stone and wood and has begun franchising it throughout North America and Asia. As of March 2014 the enterprise had 35 locations in 16 states including a location in Singapore. Rewarding its best growth year yet the January 2014 edition of Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 ranked Sir Grout in the Top 500 franchises. Sir Grout's nearest competitor(s) have fallen off the list entirely. He spent nearly 20 years, in the consumer automotive aftermarket. Most recently he led Interdynamics, Inc as President and CEO, served on the Board of Directors and led a rapid turnaround of a previously family owned company. It's brands and product enjoyed a 50%+ share of market.
Before that, as Vice President, International and member of senior leadership team for Honeywell International’s CPG Group he was responsible for all its brands and 13 overseas business units across Asia, Europe and Mexico. Dan comes from a successful 24 year career in the hospitality industry where he has been the General Manager of both company owned and franchised Marriott and Hilton Brand hotels. He has proudly earned numerous awards and achievements that include "Hotel of the Year", "Highest Guest Satisfaction in Brand", as well as the "Highest Quality Assurance Score in Management Company".
Dan has opened five hotels where he was responsible for organizing and implementing the entire operational and sales teams. This included setting up policy and procedures in each department, operating budgets, total profit and loss accountability, as well as directing all pre/post opening Sales and Marketing functions.
Dan has also received a number of prestigious awards since joining the TES team, including the TEAM Award in 2013 as well as Franchisee of the Year and Top Performer Award in 2012.

Prior to opening the Tulsa branch, she worked several years in marketing and public relations for Tele-Communications Inc., Tulsa Public Schools and TV Guide. A graduate of the University of Tulsa, her breadth of business experience includes driving brand awareness for a national cable network; corporate restructuring of the largest domestic cable operator in the world; benchmarking best-practices companies such as Southwest Airlines and Federal Express; lobbying at the state and federal level; media training top executives and developing and implementing strategies that have led to consecutive and successful bond elections. Michael also regularly writes and publishes articles for Veteran organizations and advocacy groups in the form of blogs, newsletters and special interest stories.
Michael is currently working with various departments within the University System of Georgia to develop a comprehensive military-to-civilian transition program for student veterans. The goal of the program is to assist first- and second-year students to effectively transition and manage the university experience as adult learners, and to provide third- and fourth-year students with the critical skills and knowledge needed to be highly competitive in the civilian workforce and business community.
