Host Cyrus Webb welcomes author Francesco Marciuliano to #ConversationsLIVE to discuss how he has been able to approach life with humor and how through books like YOU NEED MORE SLEEP he has been able to share some important lessons along the way.
On LOVpod Episode 30, Chris is joined by tech wiz Rob and the man behind Talk Trotters, Alastair, who comes in for his second appearance on the show. This weeks pod is very Southern centric, which means we actually had real life witnesses to Saturday's defeat.
The boys drill down into Bolton Wanderers' 4-3 defeat at Queens Park Rangers, directing Neil Lennon's team selection as Darren Pratley and Dorian Dervite both returned to injury. Francesco Pisano's half time departure, Ben Amos' dip in form and the pair of Gary Madine and Liam Feeney actually, against all the odds, finding some form in front of goal. Oh, and the fact we lost to a last minute goal.
That's all before discussing the Whites rumoured transfer targets, including Adam Hamill, Michael Tonge and Shola Ameobi, another possible takeover bid and the state of ticket prices in the English game, as Rob describes his experience as he tried to support the Twenty's Plenty campaign ran by the FSF.
Proceedings are brought to a close with a game of Guess Who and a discussion on possible changes ahead of next week's visit to Burnley.

In this week's show they discussed the Whites' dramatic 2-2 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion in great depth, including Gary Madine, Max Clayton, David Wheater, Francesco Pisano and Neil Danns.
Next up the lads looked forward to Saturday's trip to Loftus Road to face Queens Park Rangers, which touches on a planned national protest against the price of away tickets.
In the third section the boys take a closer look at the ongoing striker saga at Wanderers, with the likes of Yann Kermogant and Igor Vetokele continuing to be linked to the Macron Stadium.
All that before rounding proceedings off with a double dose of Guess Who and examining your views in this week's Twitter Question.

Food can be a visual that can take your breath away or make you think of things you want to enjoy.

But there are 9 Foods That Will Kill Your Sex Drive
Has your sex drive gone M.I.A? What turns us off may very well start with what we’re eating — causing you to suffer from a low sex drive. As we age, the foods that we eat can have an impact on testosterone levels, which ultimately helps determine what’s going on below the belt. To ensure that your next romantic rendezvous won’t go soft, consider cleaning up your diet by tossing these foods to the wayside.
What stirs our soul in the food we eat at that romantic moment of intimacy.
Which foods do we find or search for that we feel offers us a value into the world of romance we wish to enjoy from our mate or partner.

After a successful Pilot Episode that received plenty of positive feedback, we're delighted to bring you Episode 1 of Talking Trotters. A weekly bulletin, full of news, opinion, and razor sharp whit.
In today's opener we cover the Middlesbrough game with special guest Joe Nicholson, and then we find comfort in each other's arms after the turgid affair that was the MK Dons game.
We've also got a round up on the U21s with our very own Tom Molloy, an explanation of why the Tim Ream transfer to Fulham took so long and the introduction of 'Abuse the News'.
We also welcome Francesco Pisano, once of Cagliari, and Wellington Silva, still of Arsenal, to Bolton Wanderers, and get everyone pumped for the Forest game with a rousing speech.
There's all that and plenty more in this week's Talking Trotters, and I hope you enjoy.
Talking Trotters will be available from all the same avenues as the #LOVpod. If you are already a subscriber to the #LOVpod, it should just appear in your feed.

Sir Chris Manning returns as host this week, and he is joined by Dan, Tom and Elliot as they discuss what has been a rather depressing week in the world of Bolton Wanderers.
First port of call was to briefly discuss the Whites slumping out of the Captial One Cup to Burton Albion, although there was much sadder stuff to come. Next up in segment one, the dissection of our embarrassing defeat to Middlesbroughwas talked about in great detail.
In segment two it was the thing you've all been waiting for. Tim Ream is leaving for Fulham, and a certain member of the podcast isn't taking it well. He expressed his deep sadness in a rather beautiful, unexpected way. The rest of the lads spoke a lot of sense with their feelings of the move. Then the players coming in on the Ream money were discussed, as the group detailed their excitement at the potential of Francesco Pisano and Arsenal's Wellington Silva. The past of new trialist, Courtney Meppem-Walter, was debated over and the segment concluded with a discussion on the progress of youngster Jamie Thomas.
Segment three was a brief affair, as the group basically shouted profanaties at Dougie Freedman whilst pretending to preview Saturday's clash with Nottingham Forest.
Last but not least, Guess Who? was played and the Question of the Week was answer by you and them, with some great answers all over.
Enjoy! Don't forget to rate, review and subscribe on iTunes!
It's a pre-season extravaganza, it's a bumper five-man show, it's the return of special guest, Bolton News chief football writer, Mr. Marc Iles. And it's bloody long, but also bloody fantatsic.
It's so long in fact, that we've had to split the show into two parts, the first of which is available for listening now, with the scond coming on Wednesday.
Host Chris is joined by Marc, stand in Tech Wizard Rob, the maverick Liam O'Meara and, making his debut, U21 correspondent Tom Molloy.
The first lengthy segment of Part I was discussing everything of note from the last two friendlies of pre-season, against Port Vale and Charlton Athletic. Talk of Gary Madine, Filip Twardzik, Derik Osede, Tim Ream, Andy Kellett, Josh Vela, Zach Clough and many more was in abundance.
Next up was a round up of all the news that's occured over the past week. Starting witht the soon to be announced triple signing of Lawrie Wilson, Stephen Dobbie and Emile Heskey. Next up was the potential signing of Italian right back Francesco Pisano, acompanied by the denial of any interest in fellow contryman Massimo Coda. Rob Hall's departure was discussed before briefly touching on the new away kit.
But my words don't do it justice, make sure you listen to the first half of this facinating podcast.
