What Do You Think About These Instructions?

    in Self Help

FBI University is a school of Faith Based Instructions. Wherein, we extract the wisdom of God from the text of scripture, fashion it into practical principles of instructions, and present them through daily devotionals. Obedience to these instructions turns beliefs into behavior that advances our economical, emotional, and intellectual wellbeing. Now stay tuned as John Marshall teaches you how that by following instructions you coach yourself into the Champion Circle.

Jesus never sought to change the quality of one’s existence through prayer alone. Jesus sought to change the quality of life by issuing a set of instructions. Even to Lazarus, who had been dead for four days, Jesus gave a set of instructions, “Lazarus, come forth” (John 11:43). Had Lazarus dishonored the instructions, he would have remained dead. His quality of life changed due to his willingness to honor the set of instructions that Jesus issued to him. Prayer is a powerful tool. I continually use that God-authorized empowerment tool. However, do not seek to alter your course in life by prayer alone. God seeks to improve your life by giving you a set of instructions.

Who is your Heisman Trophy winner? NFL playoff race heating up after week 12

    in Sports

After Thanksgiving, football season heats up. College football is heading into playoff mode, while teams in the NFL position themselves for a playoff run. As college football winds down, it is time to start talking about the Heisman Trophy. The top running back is Derrick Henry, from Alabama. He has rushed for 1,797 yards and 22 touchdowns while leading Alabama to a 11-1 record. The quarterback class is not full of superstar names. Deshaun Watson, of Clemson, could be the front-runner of the quarterbacks. The Sophomore has thrown for 3,223 yards and 27 touchdowns. He has led Clemson to a perfect 12-0 record.  Early expert picks, on ESPN, have Henry taking 9 of the 10 first place votes and running away with the award.

They will not be receiving style points, but the Washington Redskins have quietly jumped into first place. The NFC East is a mess, and the Redskins are taking advantage. After beating the New York Giants 20-14, they own the tie-breaker and have a one game lead over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Did Brock Osweiler end Petyon Mannings career? Osweiler did what no other quarterback could do this year. He beat the New England Patriots. The win gives the Broncos a 9-2 record, and puts them in position to receive a first round bye. They have a comfortable three game lead over the Kansas Chiefs, who have won five games in a row. The Patriots lost the game, and thought they lost Rob Gronkowski for the year. However, tests reveal that he only has a knee bruise with no tears. The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers, 39-30 to vault into the second NFC wildcard spot. The Steelers fall into a four way tie, at 6-5, for the AFC wildcard. The Chiefs own the tiebreaker and would be the number one wildcard, and the Houston Texans would slide into the second wildcard, after winning four games in a row.

Tonight our Show will start our reading on our brother George Lester Jackson, son of Lester and Georgia Bea Jackson Elder brother of Jonathan Jackson who was killed in an attempt to free his brother George.   He was an African Captive in America who never considered himself an African American. A Prison activist who was the cofounder of the Black Guerrillas.George Lester Jackson (September 23, 1941 – August 21, 1971) was an African-American left-wing activist, Marxist, author, he became a member of the Black Panther Party while incarcerated. Jackson achieved fame as one of the Soledad Brothers and was later shot to death by guards in San Quentin Prison following an unsuccessful escape attempt which left Jackson and four others, including a judge, dead. Jackson was the second son of Lester and Georgia Bea Jackson's five children. He spent time in the California Youth Authority Corrections facility in Paso Robles because of several juvenile convictions including armed robbery, assault, and burglary. His life of petty crime was due to his rebellious attitude against the WHITE RACIST GOVERNMENT OF AMERICA. In 1961 he was convicted of armed robbery, for robbing $70 from a gas station at gunpoint and at age 18 was sentenced to serve one year to life in prison. We will examine the work of George Jackson through his letters written to family and friends over the years all compiled in a books called "THE SOLEDAD BROTHERS"

During his first years at San Quentin State Prison, Jackson became involved in revolutionary activity, as well as assaults on guards and fellow inmates. Such behavior, in turn, was used to justify his continued incarceration on an indeterminate sentence. He was described by prison officials as egocentric and anti-social.
As Jackson's disciplinary infractions grew he spent more time in solitary confinement, where he studied political economy and radical theory. H

New York Jets Vs. The Miami Dolphins AFC match-ups that count, need to be won.

    in Football

The New York Jets (6 - 5), beat the Miami Dolphins before facing The New York Giants and OBJ. Looking like the team that appeared in the first four games of the season, they did just that. The #AFC Wildcard picture remains in focus for the time being.

The Jets have set a new Franchise Record for Defense , only allowing the Dolphins a total of 12 rushing yards as the Jets Sweep the Series.

Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick Threw for 4 Touchdowns, no interceptions. The Jets came together as a Team in this win.

Devin Smith is out of the Dog house with two great plays, one for his first #NFL Touchdown.

Jeremy Kerely, while again not used as a Wide Reciever , put up respectable return game numbers. The secondary, minus Revis allowed far too many passing yards.

It was Ring of Honor week with SBIII Great as Matt Snell and Emerson Boozer inducted. Boozer was surrounded on the field by former members of the Sack Exchange as Matt Snell honored his vow not to attend.

Join us, by calling in or listen to the shows archived episodes anytime, as James Boyd (@OneJetDrive) and Herb LaLanne (@thakingofqueens)  continue on our path of trying to discern just what this team is this season and where it will end up by seasons end.

power of perception pro wrestling with Del "The Patriot" Wilkes

    in Spirituality

Begind the mask" Del "The Patriot" Wilkes is the story of my life. We cover my life growing up in S.C. We also go in depth about my college football background at The Unv. of S.C. I am one of only four Consensus All Americans to ever play for the Gamecocks. I was captain and MVP of the 1984 team, which was the first team in school history to win 10 games in a season. We go into detail about my love for pro wrestling as a young boy, and how that eventually turned into a career. There are several of the guys that I wrestled with through out my career that are in the documentary. Guys like Stan Hansen, Marcus Bagwell, Greg Gagne, Jackie and Bobby Fulton, Bruce Prichard, Bill Apter and many more. We cover my time with the AWA as the Trooper, and my time with the GWF,AJPW,WCW,and WWF as The Patriot. We discuss my reasons for leaving one company to go to the next opportunity. The Bret Hart fued in the WWF is the most famous one in my career, and we also cover that in great detail. The injuries that brought my career to an end are talked about as well as the dependency to pain meds in trying to deal with the injuries. That addiction would eventually lead to some major issues with law enforcement, which then lead to me being sent to prison. But, this also a story of redemption, and how God gave me the help in turning my life around to be the man I am today.
