Our happiness is at our finger tips waiting for us to tap into it.
Learn to forgive and forget.
See every challenge as an opportunity for further growth.
Express gratitude for what you have.
Be more optimistic about the future and your ability to accomplish life goals.
Open yourself up to success and embrace failures or mistakes that happen along the way.
Know that none of us are perfect, we are all here to entertain and be entertained.
Don’t worry about the little things. Take plenty of “worry vacations” where you train your mind not to worry for a certain lengths of time.
If you want to be more positive, surround yourself with positive energy and people. Nurture the positive relationships that you have, seeking out more of those relationships that help uplift you.
Accept and love yourself for the unique gifts and talents that you bring to life. Spend less time trying to please others and spend more time trying to please your higher self.
See the humor in life and in our experiences. Take life less seriously and learn to laugh at yourself. Daphne is a nationally recognized empowerment specialist, inspirational speaker, author & certified coach. Connect with her here -http://m.pgtb.me/9CbvWW
Welcome back after last week's disappearance. Had a more important show to do but still watched TWD episode that has me baffled. A lot to talk about in our first hour as Rick and the Team just can't seem to get out of Beast-mode. We'll see what's really going on in OZ and who this Deanna really is. I also don't like the fact that Carl is growing up. Chicks are mean and I don't think he can andle it yet.
We'll also be hearing an on air apology frm one of the hosts. He kinda ot ahead of himself and needs to ask for a bit of forgivness from his listeners. Of course he won't be crying as all of those tears had been wasted on Nimoy's passing.
Come watch the waterworks,er fireworks and see if the constant act of Walker Slaughter can be worked out of the system somehow.
Our viewing party. Sunday 8-10pm.
Join hosts, Jason Taylor/Randy Hahn @StQuagmire & Watson Prunier @StPrunier Monday night at 10:00pm EST here on qarlive.com
Charles S. Faddis is a twenty-year veteran of the CIA’s Clandestine Service. He served throughout the Near East, South Asia and Southern Europe and conducted operations against rogue states, WMD smuggling networks and the world’s most dangerous terrorist organizations. He took the first CIA team into Iraq in 2002, in advance of the invasion of that country, and he retired in 2008 as the head of CIA’s WMD terrorism unit.
Since his retirement, Faddis has written extensively. He is the author of three works of non-fiction, three novels and dozens of articles and opinion pieces. He lives near Annapolis, Maryland and continues to consult for the Intelligence Community.
Prior to joining CIA, Faddis was a combat arms officer in the US Army and a trial attorney. He has been married for thirty-four years and has four children. When he is not working or writing, Faddis sails, makes wine and beer, travels and reads extensively.
Faddis describes himself politically as a libertarian with a small “l”. He believes government has a vital role to play but that it is too big, too intrusive and too inefficient. He wants to cut the size of government, trim the size of the budget and free the American people to pursue their own destinies.
