The run for the available City Council seats are just a few months away and the most contested seat is the 1st Ward seat held by Rev. Staton who is not running for re-election as far as we know!!!! As it stands right now there are five (count em five ) candidates in the running for the first ward... Manny Martinez, Veronica Ovalles, Mike Jackson, Alveria Spencer and maybe, just maybe Bernard Jones.... The second ward is a hot seat that is up for grabs also with Mohammed Akhtaruzzaman, Shahin Kalique, Eddie Gonzalez with the push seeming to go towards Kailique dispite some controversy regarding his background and (rumors) of his million-dollar bus company operating some-what illegaly. Then there is the Council President spot that is up in the air.... With 4th Ward Councilwoman Ruby Cotton and 3rd Ward Councilman Bill McKoy who by the way is the Council Elder Statesman knocking on the door.. With no real oppisition the Freeholder seats look to be going in the direction to Hector Lora, John Barlett and Sandi Lazzara as I beleive they should be.. With possibly more names to come as we get closer to November.... Petitions are due very soon and if you don't have enough then your out!!!!!!
Prayer with the Prophets!
Let's pray like: Jesus, King David, Daniel, Prophetess Anna, Paul and Silas and “YOU”!
Luke 18:1 (KJV)
1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Matthew 6:9-13 (KJV)
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
Let us pray until we have the answer!

Hello everyone, I pray all is well. The world seems to be ever changing but there is one thing that will remain the same, the word of God. Matthew, Mark, and Luke says heaven and earth will pass away but God's word will never pass away. We are experiencing changes in today's society like never before, but God's word will never change; it will stand forever unwavering, unchanging, standing in the strength of the truth that it holds. People of God be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. Galatians 6:7-8 KJV. Be encouraged God is still on the throne. First Lady Doniele Wilson
We have lion shifters when Deb Bailey returns as my guest author on June 29th! Come listen as she reads an excerpt from her latest book, Family Pride: Love and Challenges.
Business owner Mac MacKinnon is a perfect catch: attractive, ambitious and successful. He's a member of an old, established pride of lion shapeshifters, but determined to live life as a loner. Except that when Zora Mason walks into Mac's coffee bar one day and applies for the position of assistant manager, he knows without a doubt he's met the woman of his dreams.
Can she accept life with a shifter-boyfriend?
Zora knows a lot more about Mac (and the other shifters in town) than she's been letting on. Falling in love with a sexy shifter is more than she bargained for when it comes to dealing with sibling drama, learning the business, and managing an alpha male who's used to doing things his way. When a challenge to Mac's Pride threatens to destroy Mac's family, Zora has to decide whether to be claimed as his mate in a ritual in front of the pride.
Who knew that love with a lion shifter would be so challenging?

Gospel of Matthew 5: 1 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them.3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
Muse Broadcasat is excited to share with Pepper Proud in honor of the Capricorn Full Moon. Pepper Proud was raised in the small Appalachian valley town of Lewisburg, West Virginia where the magik begins.
Pepper moved to Santiago, Chile during high school. (Where it seems Pepper began understanding muse-ing from music). Peppers passion for how music can influence perspective, led her to Radford University studying Music Therapy & Performance Arts.
In 07 Pepper ventured to Seattle serendipitously finding "Round" sessions; at the Fremont Abbey bringing together artists in the Folk/Indie scene.
That same year began playing with local Seattle band Citta Flow; where Pepper met Masaru Higasa and Jeff Kimes- after a few performances together they teamed up with visual artist - Kaizen and performance artist/arealist Kirra Lien and formed - The Yaima Msic Project.
Yaima released it's first album "Pellucidity" in Oct 2014 through Jumpsuit Records- an record label and artist collective committed to social change through educational workshops and gatherings that foster building and nurturing regenerative and sustainable communities. Alongside the release of Yaima's "Pellucidity"(2014), Proud released her second solo album "The Water Chapter"(2014). A folk music album devoted to the essential elemental companion- Water.
Peppers Message is simple- it's time to share the love. love. love

He’s rarely discussed today, but at one point, Larry Williams seemed poised to become a successor to the hot R&B throne vacated by Little Richard when he gave up rock ‘n’ roll for God, and his songs were covered by a range of better-selling acts that included the Beatles and the He grew up in Oakland, a town then thriving on military-industrial contracts, and fell into music as a teen, eventually starting a band he called the Lemon Drops.
