Why Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo is a legitimate MVP Candidate

    in Sports

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your's.  We are especially thankful to bring you a show stuffed with great topics.  We'll lead off with discussion about the Los Angeles Dodgers hiring of rookie manager Dave Roberts and what his hiring could signal in terms of what the mindset of the Dodgers' Andrew Friedman and Farhan Zaidi is regarding the team and next season.

What is a show given during Thanksgiving week without discussing the NFL?  We will explain why Dallas Cowboys QB Tono Romo is a legitimate MVP candidate despite missing 7 games so far this year.  We will also let you know whether we feel the Denver Broncos should continue to start Brock Osweiler if he continues to play well even if Peyton Manning recovers from his latest injury.  Should Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly go back to college or is there another move he can make to salvage his NFL career?

Speaking of college football, USC football is going after someone big as far as their next head coach.  Is it Brian Kelly, Chip Kelly, Pete Carroll or someone else of that ilk?  We'll discuss.

It's been a weird season for both Los Angeles-based NBA teams.  The Los Angeles Lakers are worse than anyone expected.  The Los Angeles Clippers have bigger problems than just acclimating their new players  We'll discuss the latest developments surrounding both teams.

Again, happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.  We are truly thankful to all of you for making the Core Show for Diehard Sports Radio possible.

ISIS needs a hug! - DC police Chief shifts on guns! -

    in Politics

Hr1  President Obama says he’ll rebuke ISIS by talking about climate change

Talking Thanksgiving (and Christmas) traditions with media personality Xander Gibb #Xandermonium.

And President Obama's Medal of Freedom recipients. Did you get one?

Hr2  Washington DC police chief says should a Paris-style attack occur, citizens should take action to stop attackers. That's great! Maybe she should think about allowing citizens to be armed.

Some students at Vanderbilt University are calling for black conservative Carol Swain’s head, accusing her, a law professor, of “unprofessional intimidation on social media, discriminatory practices in the classroom, and unclear representation as a Public Figure with invocations of the Vanderbilt name on her Facebook page,” and other acts. Basically... she said something liberals don’t like.

Obama will not read intelligence reports on groups he does not consider to be terrorists, according to journalist Sharyl Attkisson. Dangerous arrogance.

Yes, we still have free speech AND religious freedom, and it IS ok to say Merry Christmas!

Hrt3  Atheists not even based in Texas demand the city of Port Neches remove a cross on display at a tax-funded park or hide it. Christians (and possibly unbelieving freedom lovers) refuse to give in to either option.

Some lessons are hard-learned. Austria teen ISIS bride has been beaten to death trying to escape. So sad.

As part of an event on diversity and inclusion in the labor movement, professors at Cornell University displayed cartoons depicting Republicans as knife-wielding terrorists, raving lunatics, and even molesters.

EMU speaker tells students France brought terrorist attacks on itself.

Obama says Americans having guns is worse than Islamic terrorism.

Washington Post forgot to fact check themselves before criticizing Trump and Carson. Oops!

Tap into Guidance & Support of Higher Realms - Resolve Issues

    in Business

Imagine a life filled with happiness and purpose, where you are connected with the divine and perfect aspect of yourself, protected and guided by a loving angelic presence. Deep inside, you feel creative, passionate, and joyful — and all of that is reflected into every moment of your daily life.

In Seven Cups of Consciousness: Change Your Life by Connecting to the Higher Realms (New World Library, September 15, 2015), trailblazing spiritual teacher and author Aleya Dao shares how this kind of life becomes possible when you learn to consciously connect with the resources in the higher realms.

Her book outlines a step-by-step process built around the “Cups of Consciousness” that are designed to give readers access to other dimensions. The seven cups she offers are simple concepts, such as “You Live in an Multidimensional Reality,” “You Are Never Alone,” and “Your Challenges Can Help You Grow.” Energetic practices and audio meditations help readers release limiting patterns and gain access to a higher consciousness.

“Aleya Dao cuts to the core of soul work, with simplicity and complexity; simplicity in how she delivers... complexity in how we choose to let go of what we have known. Seven Cups of Consciousness is highly recommended for deepening consciousness and connection into greater Divinity and Wholeness.”

    — Simran Singh - Author & Publisher 11:11 Magazine/Radio

“Drink copiously from this cup of clarity, wisdom, and joyful energetic alignment that Aleya Dao offers to all who are thirsting to live from the Higher Self.”

DST on BTR 11/23/15: Tigs get Maybin, Lions win, CFBITM, CBBITM, Pistons, Wings

    in Sports

Taylor "Gator" Phillips and Ed Smith break down the Tigers trading Ian Krol and Gabe Speier to the Atlanta Braves for Cameron Maybin, which means Rajai Davis is likely gone. We'd also like to note that the "Tigers sign Zach Greinke" article is a fake article, which means it didn't happen. The Tigers also hired Lloyd McClendon as the AAA Toledo Mud Hens manager.

We also touch on the Lions hiring Rod Wood as president, announcing their relocation on radio to 760 (am) WJR, and winning 18-13 over the Oakland Raiders at Ford Field, which pretty much ruins their chances at getting the first overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft, which still stands to be Ole Miss Rebels junior defensive end Robert Nkemdiche.

Moving over to college football, the #9 Michigan State Spartans upset the #3 Ohio State Buckeyes 17-14 at The Horseshoe, and the Michigan Wolverines pull away with a 28-16 win over the Penn State Nittany Lions at Happy Valley.

In college basketball, the Wolverines fell flat against the Xavier Musketeers 86-70 AT HOME, while the Michigan State Spartans blast through Arkansas Pine Bluff 92-46 and took care of the Eastern Michigan Eagles 89-65.

The Pistons beat the Timberwolves 96-86 at Target Center but give one away to the Washington Wizards 97-95 at the Palace of Auburn Hills. They also got destroyed by the Milwaukee Bucks 109-88 on the road.

The Red Wings hang on in regulation to beat the Los Angeles Kings 3-2 but give up another late third-period game-tying goal and still beat the St. Louis Blues 4-3 in overtime at Scottrade Center. Plus, former Red Wing Landon Ferraro was claimed off waivers by the Boston Bruins.

She is known as an activated portal, meaning while in contact with her it will either bring up much ego or a heightened state of love and awareness. Rena was born with all of the "psychic" abilities which include clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience and clairessence. She has been astral travelling since the age of 3, and has detailed memories of the elemental realm since age 6. Rena is able to read energy from a fifth dimensional state, seeing the client's holiness, and why that essence isn't manifesting in the physical realm. These blocks provide detailed information to the client and provide metaphysical advice on areas and practices to heal.
