    Keandra Ward is a breath of fresh air.  She is a friend and entrepreneur who has made her faith and her career into one blended experience that it is impossible to determine where one stops and the other starts - as it should be.

    We will be talking primarily about her book, God's Divinely Implanted Desires; His Desire, Your Will  In this book Keandra Ward shares her personal testimony of building a true relationship with Christ.   She realized that everyone is fighting a battle, everyone has an issue that they deal with no matter if they are in the church or not. The difference and the defining factor between them are those who choose to get real, address their issues, truly trust in the Lord, believe his word, act according to his word and most importantly make the necessary changes to live the Life that God has strategically designed for them to live!  

    Career wise, Keandra has worked as a self employed business owner for over 20 years. She began working in a salon at the age of 14 and opened her first salon at the age of 18. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Additionally, Keandra currently holds more than 25 certifications in  business, cosmetology and makeup artistry. Her experience as a manager, trainer and quality specialist for a fortune 500 freight logistics company, helped her to develop her business management and training skills.
    Keandra opened NV beauty Industry Consultants now The B.O.M.B Mentoring in 2010 providing business and personal development news, courses and business trainings for start up businesses and businesses looking to rebrand .

He is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Savannah Chapter-National Association of Guardsmen, Alpha Iota Boule-Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, member of the Columbia Rotary Club and serves as Vice President of the Indian Waters Council Boy Scouts of America.     Darrin is an active member of Francis Burns United Methodist Church and is married to Kela Evans Thomas, formerly of Orangeburg, South Carolina. They have two sons, Todd Asher and Garrison Ervin.     Joe D’Aleo has been with TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort since 1995 and has been an integral part of making this one of the best tennis resorts in the country.  His passion and devotion to the game has given him an accomplished tennis background as a player, coach, and teacher.  Joe started playing tennis at the age of 3 in Miami Beach, FL with his parents and played his junior tennis mostly in the south and was ranked #5 in the state of Georgia in 1989 which led him to play collegiate tennis singles and doubles for Georgia Tech in Atlanta.  He has coached many state and nationally ranked juniors and adults during his career.  In 2003 he was voted Best of the Emerald Coast teaching professional.  Joe is certified with the USPTA as an Elite Professional for 20 years and was nominated USPTA 2006-2007 District pro of the year Florida division for the Panhandle.  He was the USPTA FL District President for District 1 from 2010 – 2013 and currently on the USPTA FL board as Vice President.  He has been awarded USPTA FL District President of the year for 2011 and 2012 and received the prestigious honor of USTA FL & USPTA FL service award in 2011.  Joe is the tournament director for the Helen Drake Invitational Tennis tournament one of the largest USTA adult tournament in the state of Florida with over 300 players each year.  The Helen Drake has been awarded three times the most recent in 2013 for the AL Mills Memorial Adult Tournament of the Year by USTA FL. His knowledge of the game has made TOPS’L one of the resorts to get voted a Top 50 tennis resort and TOP 5 Doubles Resort by Tennis Magazine and 13 years in a row ranked by Tennis Resorts Online as a TOP 25 U.S. Tennis Resort in the world

    J. Stephen Fancher is the President and C.E.O. of the Florida Export Finance Corporation (FEFC) which is a not for profit corporation formed, funded, and sponsored by the State of Florida.  He has 40 years of diversified experience in export trade finance starting with 15 years at Caterpillar Tractor Co. where he was the resident expert on government export assistance programs. 

    He joined the Foreign Credit Insurance Association (FCIA), now part of the Export Import Bank of the United States, and later formed a private company instrumental in developing the U.S. capital markets as a funding source for foreign receivables. Mr. Fancher has acted as pro bono consultant to both the U.S. and Florida governments. 

    His export trade experience with both large and small companies and in both the public and private sectors has given him a valuable background for running the FEFC with its primary purpose of financial support for Florida small and medium sized exporters.
