Reader's Entertainment Radio Presents: Abbi Glines

    in Books

Join me on Thursday, February 5th at 6pm EST. I'll chat with #1 New York Times, USA Today, and The Wall Street Journal bestselling author, Abbi Glines. Her Rosemary Beach, Sea Breeze, Vincent Boys series, and the Existence trilogy continue to excite young adult readers. Her upcoming novel, When I'm Gone: A Rosemary Beach Novel (The Rosemary Beach Series) will be released in April 2015. Readers will meet Mase Colt-Manning, a Texas heartthrob first introduced in Take a Chancewho comes to Rosemary Beach to stir things up!

    Book Blurb:

I had an urge to fix all her problems. Which was stupid. She was doing fine without me. But something about those big eyes…

Mase Colt-Manning has always preferred his humble life as a Texas rancher to his birthright as the son of a legendary rock star. In fact, he rarely visits his father’s rarefied world in Rosemary Beach, especially if it means bunking at his vile half-sister Nan’s house—until one visit leads to a chance encounter with a young, gorgeous house maid who awakens him with her off-key but spirited imitation of a country music star…

Reese Ellis finally has her freedom. After escaping a lifetime of abuse from her parents and classmates for an undiagnosed learning disorder, she seizes the opportunity to be a house maid to some of the richest families in Rosemary Beach. But her job is in jeopardy when she causes an accident at the home of her most important client, Nan Dillon. When a hot, half-naked stranger with a cowboy’s swagger comes to her rescue, she’s intrigued—then afraid once he shows his own interest. Reese has never met a trustworthy man in her life. Will Mase be any different?

    The D-Low on Low T

    in Health

Low T, you've heard about it.  Probably seen commercials for treatment, even at the gym!  Low T is a lack of testosterone and can cause problems not just in your sex life but daily life as well.

    Testoserone helps:

    Maintain reproductive tissues
    Stimulate sperm production
    Stimulate and maintain sexual function
    Increase muscle mass and strength
    Maintain bone strength

You've probably heard about treatments for Low T as well, such as testerone replacement therapy, including: Gels, Patches, Injections, Tablets and Pellets.

Testosterone therapy can raise a man's risk for blood clots and stroke. Uncommon side effects include sleep apnea, acne, and breast enlargement. All such side effects go away if treatment is stopped.

Heart attack law suits are running rampant in regards to this treatment.  Why risk these side effects when you can fix it naturally.  I did and I will teach you how on the next WellFit Radio Chicago!

Budgeting Made Easy; How managing our finances creates peace of mind.

    in Psychology

We depend on money to survive in this world. When we don't have the money to cover our bills and we live above our means we begin to dig a hole for ourselves that for many people becomes insurmountable. There is another way to live where you live within your means AND factor in fun. Consider the fact that 60 - 80% of our physical health problems are caused by our mental health so if we are running our lives in survival mode partially because of our financial situation and how we are NOT managing our finances, we are essentially destroying our mental health which leads to a downward spiral of physical health problems. Today I am interviewing CEO of Fix-It Accounting, also the financial pillar of our holistic program "6 Pillars of Health" about how to create and live on a budget.

Who Profits From Our Conferences, Rallies and Protest Marches?

    in Women

People who are upset about the government and the systems that control our lives love to convene and complain about it. They even may organize a big rally and make speeches about it. If the cause really becomes popular, they'll get T- shirts, hats, and buttons printed about it. It's great that we know how to whip up sentiments among people and passionately voice our concerns. But these gatherings cost money. Room rental for meetings, sound equipment, chairs. Poster printing, T-shirt, hat and button printing. Bus, van or car rental to drive to the big gathering. Hotel room rental if it's in another city. And of course you have to buy new clothes if it's an out of town conference, you want to look your best. But who's getting paid for all this? People who are already in business, people who own buildings with meeting space, transportation companies, printing factories, hotels, restaurants, clothing stores. Usually the people who are getting paid are not the people protesting the problem. For all the money we spend to gather and talk about the problem, we could be putting together the money to fix the problem.  So let's look at the issues we face, the money we spend to complain about it, and the money we could be spending to actually fix the problem.
