Join me, Rogue Instructor, as I chat about various boutique formats. Boutique formats are not yet widely available. Why? Because there usually is only one instructor who knows how to teach it and that would be the creator of the format.
Rhythm Walking is one of the boutique formats discussed today, because it happens to be created by me. Check it out and let me know what you think.
While listening to the show I hope you are thinking about some good advice to offer me. I'd love your input, whatever your background, but especially if you're a professional group fitness instructor.
Do you have a new fitness format? We want to hear about it. Yes, you can be a guest on my show; I'd love to interview you! It's pretty easy to do. Just call in on the phone number and we'll chat live.
While you're at it, you might as well sign up for your own BlogTalk Radio show. Speak your mind and find your niche audience. And please become a follower of mine. Thanks!

My name is Bob Zima and I am a Frequent Flyer to Hell and Back.
One thing I have learned on my various travels to find hope and healing is that fun and laughter and sense of adventure are vital companions.
I love hockey, NASCAR, adventure and thriller movies, the beach, my wife and kids and so much more. Each and every day I make it a point to improve my psychological fitness skills so that I can maintain my mental and behavioral health and wellness. Ain't easy. It is a struggle.
I try to make the science and the "industry" of psychology easier to understand and actually use.
I try to make the search for fun and healing adventurous and exciting. I inspire people to get their head out of their ass and their ass off of the couch and improve the quality of their lives TODAY. Why wait? Life is passing you by.
I am a quirky, outspoken, irreverent, authentic and energetic frequent flyer to hell and back who just happens to host his very own radio show and podcast. I also write a blog, books and produce funny and educational videos!
I am also a licensed clinical professional counselor who has over 10 years in the counseling profession and over 20 in the mass media production (TV, Radio, Film) industry. I studied with The Player's Workshop of the Second City and have performed improv comedy with a variety of troupes.

Matt has always had a passion for fitness. Before he got his driver’s license, it wasn't uncommon to see Matt riding his bike 5 miles through Joe Town to the gym for a workout. In high school, he played both football & basketball. Following graduation, Matt enlisted into the Minnesota Army National Guard where he served on two deployments to Iraq. Upon return from his most recent deployment, he enrolled in the Health Fitness Specialist program at the Minnesota School of Business, St. Cloud and graduated with an Associates in Applied Science degree. Matt found CrossFit in 2012 and began to train soon after. He says, "The CrossFit community offers a camaraderie that I’ve only seen in the military”. His excitement for CrossFit quickly led him to becoming a Level 1 trained CrossFit Coach in 2013. Outside of coaching CrossFit, Matt enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, volleyball, skydiving, and anything else that involves being outside.
