The Fisa Courts were created in 1978 as an offshoot of secrecy and restructing of the federal government in order for these types of Courts in how they could rule in matters of National security without exposing what types of surveillance tracking were committed. One local conservative said tapping phones have gone on since the Truman administration. If we have a whole apparatus of government that is shielded to the American public on the nuts and bolts of thier operation, who is really aware anyway and what really can they squeeze out of the average Joe who is likely not involved in terrorist activities? That and more, about Wisconsin 537% payday loans.
Open mic today but we have three topics: controlling the FISA Court, the jailing in California of a Saudi princess for slavery, and what next in Egypt?
The FISA Court has united the Left and teh Right. We will see what happens now. The first bill to control the Court failed by a handfull of votes, but the fight is not over.
While the Congress is focused on building a Chinese Wall at our border and electrocuting illegal immigrants with high voltage fences to stop mythical criminals from entering teh US, wealthy Saudis fly in on luxery jets, buy up homes and flaunt our laws. Not any more.
Dozens killed in Egypt this weekend as Morsi supportes start a low level civil war. Will Al Queda use it as a door into the largest Arab country and our best ally in teh Arab world? We talk about it.

"Ferguson". That word carries many new meanings for me as it surely will for our society going forward. It conjures up many subjects considering what has gone on there right before our eyes. I read an open letter today that my media brother Nick Bernabe made me aware of found here: http://www.marchforward.org/veterans_appeal_to_national. There were other letters and calls to various groups and organization as we all have seen. Tonight we will discuss Fergosun. The Grand Jury, the protests, the Missouri State Constitution, recent police shootings, the growing concerns of the Militarization of our Police Force, the way Mainstream Media covers protests, as well as the recent history of protests in our country. Joining me tonight will be Attorney Catherine Bernard. Catherine is an activist, former political candidate and an advocate of Constitutional Government, Long time Activist, Coffee Party Newsroom Editor and Radio Host, Bobby Rodrigo's new show on "I Take LIBERTY With My Coffee" on Coffee Party USA Radio every Tuesday at 8:30PM. He advocates engagement, coalitions and continues to point out that the Constitution is the Rule of Law in our land and why it should remain so. His disdain for Money in Politics, the Political Party Machine and partisan blind allegiance is on full display as he advocates against the erosion of our Constitutional Protections in the name of corruption and tyranny. "If we focused on following the Constitution we would solve many of the ills of our society.” Offering a long list of guests from Political Organizations, Activism, Media and Artists Bobby invites you to join him every Tuesday at 8:30PM on Coffee Party USA Radio.

The Star Chamber was established to prosecute powerful men who could not be tried under Common Law. Yet it fell short because of the fallacy of using bad means to secure good ends. It devolved into a political weapon – these secret courts bypassed the Common Law, heard cases without indictments, juries or witnesses and considered silence as guilt.
The Court of the Star Chamber is anathema to the American Spirit of ordered liberty and the acknowledgement that our rights come from God and are protected by the Constitution. Those who seek power and determine to silence dissent take advantage of emergencies and crises to prey upon fear and bypass Constitutional limits. Building on 9/11, the Patriot Act, etc. the government has built a super surveillance structure, draconian police state apparatus and secret courts styled after the Star Chamber.
Sen. Rand Paul is spearheading a mammoth class-action lawsuit against tyranny. Democrats & RINOs have engaged in the most insidious form of theft by wiping out the borrowing limits placed on the Imperial Executive! Sen. Ted Cruz led the charge once again to prevent it.This is how you strike back at the Empire and rollback tyranny and bind the men in government with the chains of the Constitution
Rand & Ted can't do it alone – they need you to unite, stand with them and their compatriots. Tyranny is assured UNLESS liberty-loving people of good conscience can set aside their differences and band together against the rising tide of statism. Grassroots conservatives and libertarians MUST work together to ensure the restoration of constitutionally limited government. End the imperialist police state and to defeat the Democrat-Socialists, first you MUST CRUSH the RINOs, for liberty!

This week, Activist Central radio welcomes guest Kitty Wolf, citizen investigator helping to expose the truth about our country’s deepening Constitutional crises and our growing American (Stasi-like) police state.
We will discuss the ever growing American Stasi state (a.k.a. the cooperating US intelligence agencies with US law enforcement) and a not so new internet related police practice of the last ten years, the continuously evolving entrapment tactics against US citizens. Activist Central will discuss police programs such as Project Flicker and Angry Birds that have been used to catch viewers of online child ography.
As an example of busting child ography viewers, the -gate scandal was broken open by the independent news media in 2013 alleging that police were intentionally placing child ography on the computers of political enemies such as writers, activists and dissenters of all stripes such as news reporters, PANDA (People Against the NDAA), and the Oathkeepers.
Other key concepts to be discussed include warnings about the use of Limewire, the Florida sting operations, P2P file sharing, Trojan horse stings, related ransom-ware – “FBI on your computer, pay this amount”, and the growing use of revenge . There is much more that will be covered in this extended two hour talk program. Don’t miss it.
Hey gang. I'll be running my mouth about some NSA reform ideas bought forward by two whistle blowers. Their names are William Benney and Thomas Drake.
