SHOW NOTES: The HELP! SITUATION SPOTLIGHT™ series addresses challenges, obstacles and problems (real or perceived) that are preventing a person from surpassing their goals! In this series, we shine the light on challenges that community members have shared. This episode is, “A Work Colleague Has Experienced A Tragic Death of A Loved One. What Should I Do?”
Life. Death is a reality for all of us. A tragic death (accident, homicide, suicide, etc.) is not. What do you do if a tragic death becomes a reality for a work colleague?
1) Be there.
If you have experienced a tragic death in your life you have an advantage (in some respects) when your work colleague experiences one in their lives. The compassion, empathy and understanding that a tragic death survivor is able to provide to another person is an asset.
The natural aversion to the colleague (from people who have not experienced a real life tragic death themselves) is understandable at some level. We all hear about tragic death. It is on the news. It is in our media in film, music, poetry, video games, etc., yet that is an abstract awareness devoid of the devastation of the actual child, spouse, friend, boss, parent, partner, that we know who is gone.
The most ‘helpful’ things you should do, I repeat:
1) Be there.
I learned about these types of situations when my only sibling committed suicide.
With a tragic death there are also the extra issues to deal with in many instances of media inquires and coverage. This forces public attention on the survivors. In many instances it is the only public information about their loved one and it defines their entire life into often graphic and

Today’s episode features a discussion of What is Mental Illness? How does one cope with anxiety and heal depression?
Leveraging a lot of satire I lampoon the manner in which most of us attempt to deal with and heal from the Bullshit of Life.
I combine the healing power of comedy and knowledge to help people, who want to of course, get their head out of their ass and their ass off of the couch so that they can improve the quality of their life.
I am a quirky, outspoken, irreverent, authentic and energetic frequent flyer to hell and back who just happens to host his very own radio show and podcast. I also write a blog, books and produce funny and educational videos!

This is part of an earlier broadcast on our other station with the first group of cast members :http://www.blogtalkradio.com/abm_media .
I am speaking with two more of the cast members (They start at 10.09) from our movie about their how they got into acting, where they expect to go in it and more. These two are talented, strong minded and have hearts of gold and they both work really hard. I feel that there are a great deal of celebrities out there and it is time that the new generation of hard working celebrities are showcased up on the big screen also and that is why we are speaking. The two are new celebrities!!! Bernedetta Fantuzzi and Sha'King Branch
No one under 18 will be admitted to see the movie!
The cast from our film Intense FEAR joined me for some real talk about how they got into acting, their goals for the coming years, first film roles and more. This is a chance for you to get to know them off camera before the film shooting begins and the craziness starts (Smiling). They are all so great at what they do in the acting field and have withstood whatever they had to so that you could see them in pictures that will make you smile, laugh, cry and be afraid, very afraid! They are all going to be in the magazine so look for that issue soon. The actors and actress who joined me were: Mike Nice, James Michael Brandes, Francisco Huergo, Marilyn Rodriquez, Shaikh Niass and Freddie Kurugu
