As stated the grand jury decision in the Fergunson case is coming possibly before or after the 15th of November. 1000 police officers have received over 5000 hours of training in preparation of the verdict. They are prepared and the protesters have prepared as well. Safe houses will be established for protestors to seek shelter, food and medical treatment it necessary. Will there be violence, if not indictment yes, if there is sometimes joyful occassions can go violent as well.
Stage 1 of Matial Law has been launched and Wake Up To The Truth Radio is going to take a deep look into the investigation of Officer Darren Wilson as well as the rioting and looting within Ferguson as well as the DIFFERENCE between protesting and rioting and how people are bunching them all into one category. What's been happening in Ferguson? Is this thing sustaining itself? Cops are now filiming protestors. That's a good sign!
Events in Ferguson opened a lot of eyes to the fact that much of America is becoming a police state, with militarized police at that. The overwhelming response to nonviolent protests of the apparent execution of a young man by police was frightening to many people who always believed that if they weren't doing anything wrong, they had nothing to fear from the police.
How did the police get militarized? Will Congress do anything about it in the aftermath of Ferguson? Is it possible that the war on terror is an excuse for preparing for domestic unrest in the face of what many are predicting will be a complete collapse of the Ponzi scheme that the American and global financial system has become?
I address these and other questions with our resident political and economic expert Karl Eysenbach in this episode of Taking Back America. Eysenbach is a frequent guest on this show and blogs at Old New Lefty.
This show will be rebroadcast on September 13 at 9 AM PST/ 12 PM EST on the Star Com Radio network.

Ferguson, MO Killing, Riots, Police State - Is this America?
The Justice Department will open a civil rights investigation into policing practices in Ferguson, Mo., Attorney General Eric Holder announced Thursday. The move marks the Obama Administration’s most forceful step to address racial strife in the mostly African-American St. Louis suburb, where a police officer shot and killed an unarmed black teen on Aug. 9.
Ferguson activists and community leaders say they are welcoming the investigation, saying the practice of racial profiling by police was widespread in the community long before department veteran Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown. The incident sparked days of protests and a heavy police crackdown.
But should DOJ have stepped in? We discuss it..

For three days, demonstrations and police crackdown has taken over the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Missouri, where police shot and killed Michael Brown, 18, an unarmed black teenager, on Saturday afternoon. Brown was about to begin college. After a peaceful vigil on Sunday, rioting and looting led to 32 arrests by police in full riot gear. Another 11 to 15 people were reportedly arrested over Monday night. As of earlier today, the Federal Aviation Administration has banned flights over Ferguson airspace “to provide a safe environment for law enforcement activities.
”The hashtag #IfTheyGunnedMeDown has gone viral on Twitter, where young people of color are protesting Brown' death.
