Ferguson, MO Killing, Riots, Police State - Is this America?
FERGUSON Mo. (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder met with community members in Ferguson, Missouri, on Wednesday and vowed a thorough civil rights probe into the fatal police shooting of an unarmed black teenager that has set off 11 nights of racially charged unrest.
Holder, the first African-American to head the Justice Department, met with students and then community leaders at a community college during a visit to Ferguson for a briefing on a Justice Department investigation into the Aug. 9 killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
He later met privately with Brown's parents at the St. Louis U.S. Attorney's Office, but no details of that session were immediately available.

A year after the fatal shooting of Michael Brown sparked a firestorm in Ferguson, the city is still pumping out thousands of new arrest warrants and jailing people over minor offenses, according to an exclusive CNNMoney analysis. This practice continues despite a scathing report from the Department of Justice in March that found that Ferguson's police department and municipal court were unconstitutionally targeting low-income and minority residents with tickets and fines for minor offenses -- often in pursuit of revenue. The report noted that there were more than 16,000 people (residents and non-residents alike) with outstanding arrest warrants as of the end of last year, equivalent to around 75% of the town's population.
The problem is widespread. Since Brown’s life was cut short on that fateful August day, we have witnessed incident after incident, in communities all across the country, of unarmed black men and women dying at the hands of police. Video cameras do not lie, and information and social media isn’t keeping people in isolated communities any more. Al Sharpton
Months after Attorney General Eric Holder launched an investigation of Ferguson Police Department in the wake of Michael Brown’s death, the Department of Justice released a102-page report detailing systemic race discrimination and abuses of power in the embattled city. But despite the DOJ’s damning findings, the city’s mayor remains unconvinced that widespread problems exist.
According to the DOJ’s findings, The Justice Department investigation found that Brown reached into Wilson’s squad car and that a struggle ensued. Prosecutors couldn’t corroborate Wilson’s claim that Brown reached for his gun, but couldn’t find any evidence to disprove Wilson’s account. Brown moved at least 180 feet away from Wilson, but then turned and moved toward the officer, prosecutors said. Several witnesses claimed that Brown had his hands up, signaling surrender, when Wilson shot him. Some gave varying accounts, and some later recanted those claims made in media interviews.

Tonight Pastor Vincent Xavier and a few good friends sit down to discuss the events taking place in America and how these events may be the undoing of the nation. Ferguson, Mo. is a powder keg ready to explode, while BARAK HUSSEIN OBAMA levels a heavy blow against the Constitution of the Country. Are all these events coincident in their timing or is America ready to face its day of reconing after a generation of legalized mass murder of the unborn innocents and for allowing an aggressive homosexula agenda to sweep the nation and many souls into hell? We will find out tonight as we explore the depths of what we are facing. ARE YOU READY?
