Have you ever been told to forgive someone only to be left with painful feelings about the experience?
Has you attempt to let go of an issue gone scattered like nothing has changed?
Forgiveness is a powerful tool WHEN it is understood and USED properly.
By tapping in to the emotions of the experience we tend to place judgements on who did what and allow our egos to run amuck, pointing the finger in blame. But tapping into the energy of release and unattachment we find the non-truth energy that created our unrest.
If you have something you can't seem to let go of, join us for this transformational episode on true forgiveness!
Feelings of rejection, abandonment, being unloved and loneliness are awful. We want to be loved but sometimes others stop loving us. At times we have been hit hard when friends, family members or even a spouse doesn't care anymore or even rejects us. Remember God never stops loving us. God will never abandon you. Put your trust in Him.

Many people feel life is a struggle and they are on the losing side. They often feel that everything and everybody is against them and the stress of just being alive is almost more than they can endure. What about you? Do you have stress that is preventing you from being happy? These feelings often come from efforts to control our environments, conflicts with other people, and an inability to get by. Tensions take many forms and involve such emotions as anger, hate, anxiety, guilt and fear. These bring about physically and emotionally damaging effects which can result in illness.
Of course, we all need some stress to stay alive, awake, and alert. We must learn what our best level of stress is and how to use it to function effectively. We don’t want to allow extreme reactions to envelop us so that day-to-day living gets the better of us. We need to not let the external stress control our lives, but instead control our internal responses so that we can use the power of the Life within us to create our best lives possible.
Join Choices host and author of “You Are More Than Enough,” Judi Moreo, for a discussion on simple and easy ways you can reduce the bad stressors in your life. Whether you are an executive, a stay-at-home mom, or even an astronaut, these techniques are so easy, you can incorporate them into your daily life and you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of them yourself and why you haven’t been doing them all along.
Listening is important! When your body is in pain, you try not to listen and distract yourself. During your cancer dance, you may not want to listen. There is too much "noise." Noise from rough treatments, from "betrayal" by your body, or from feelings of the doctors not listening to you. But listenting to yourself and your body is like unconditional love for youself. You need to listen to care for yourself and your body. Join Dr. Ken Weizer as he looks at the importance of listening. Then listen to yourself. It may change things for you.

A Credo for My Relationships with Others:
''You and I are in a relationship which I value and want to keep. We are also two separate persons with our own individual values and needs. So that we will better know and understand what each of us values and needs, let us always be open and honest in our communication.
When you are experiencing a problem in your life, I will try to listen with genuine acceptance and understanding in order to help you find your own solutions rather than imposing mine. And I want you to be a listener for me when I need to find solutions to my problems. At those times when your behavior interferes with what I must do to get my own needs met, I will tell you openly and honestly how your behavior affects me, trusting that you respect my needs and feelings enough to try to change the behavior that is unacceptable to me.
Also, whenever some behavior of mine is unacceptable to you, I hope you will tell me openly and honestly so I can try to change my behavior. And when we experience conflicts in our relationship, let us agree to resolve each conflict without either of us resorting to the use of power to win at the expense of the other’s losing. I respect your needs, but I also must respect my own. So let us always strive to search for a solution that will be acceptable to both of us.
Your needs will be met, and so will mine–neither will lose, both will win. In this way, you can continue to develop as a person through satisfying your needs, and so can I. Thus, ours can be a healthy relationship in which both of us can strive to become what we are capable of being. And we can continue to relate to each other with mutual respect, love and peace.
