Carson's Corner with the Election Boycott Advocates.

    in Politics Progressive

Join the Election Boycott Advocates on Carson's Corner as they discuss the issues that few podcasts will cover, especially in the corporate media. Patrice Greenville, founder of the Greanville Post, recently wrote an article for the Greanville Post titled, "Hatchet Job on Putin only demonstrates the Conformist Spirit Permeating US Journalism." The article is critical of Frontline's treatment of Vladmir Putin. Why is it that the American media is so agaisnt Putin? Isn't the American media supposed to give you two sides to a conflict? The American media treatment of the conflict in the Ukraine is only the latest example of how the media respresents elite interests. In the lead up to every military conflict that involves the United States, the corporate media merely extends the will of the ruling class and acts as a cheerleader as the U.S. ruling class conquers another country. As we have seen in the Ukraine, the ruling class  will use neo nazi fascists to protect U.S. and international capital.

Also, it seems that capitalism has in store more "free trade" deals that will futher immobilize the American worker and  create a controllable pool of cheap labor. The American worker will continue to be forced to compete with sweatshop workers in  a race to the bottom as capitalism moves backwards to ensure its survival.

Make sure to check out Patrice's article http://www.greanvillepost.com/2015/01/24/et-tu-frontline/

Carson's Corner with the Election Boycott Advocates.

    in Politics Progressive

Carson's Corner with the Election Boycott Advocates returns this Sunday night for a discussion on the plight of the American worker, capitalism as an economic system, and the electoral system.  Are there alternatives to capitalism that we should be exploring? What does capitalism and the electoral system have in store for workers across America?

Plus, the Election Boycott Advocates have found and ally in the Greanville Post. In addition to covering the Election Boycott Advocates on Carson's Corner, the Greanville Post have provided guests that have shared a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion as it pertains to the issues facing the working class, both in America and abroad. We may be lucky enough to be joined by J. Perry Miller for a discussion on socialism. Check out Miller's bio from the post below.

It's 2015, and the march towards the emancipation of the American working class continues. The Election Boycott Advocates believe that the fight to emancipate American workers starts with boycotting the election system all together, as workers cannot work within  a system designed to perserve the status quo. 2015 will only further illustrate that the American working class has no stake in any election whatsover, as the billionaires have chosen their candidates (all of whom have been around political/capitalist institutes for life) to represent their interests and serve their needs. As the oppression of capitalism  continues to get worse, American workers will have no choice but to hit the street and bring democracy to an otherwise undemocratic system.

Join the Election Boycott Advocates on Carson's Corner as they try to elevate the consciousness by spreading non compliance. We will discuss the very issues that the corporate media does not want you to hear. For example, is there an alternative to capitalism, such as a radical form of social democracy, that can produce a more equal society? From a boycotters' perspective, what will 2015 mean?

Cheating On Election Day: How Can You Protect Your Vote?

    in Women

We assume that because a system is electronic, it must be honest, after all, how can a machine lie? Well, the fact of the matter is, machines are programmed by people, and people DO lie. Is it possible the voting machines have been programmed to lie on Election Day? Is it possible some people who served in public office were never really elected? Dr. Lora Chamberlain reveals some shocking facts about the Election Day process. How would you feel if you discovered that some of your elected officials actually cheated to get in office? Dr. Chamberlain explains how we can protect our vote and prevent the wrong people from seizing power.

On the last Carson's Corner on 2014, the Election Boycott Advocates welcome Jill Dalton to the show to discuss the biggest political events of 2014. Dalton, who is the author of the eBook, "Is It Fascism Yet ?", has been writing for non-corporate media outlets, such as Dandelion Salad, OpEdNews, RSN, NationofChange, for many years. Jill has been one of the few reporters who have questioned whether or not voting really matters in America.

Will 2015 be a year marked by the billionaire ruling class or will the workers continue to rise up in the face of the deteriorating conditions of capitalism?  Will elections and the state continue to lose legitimacy in the eyes of the working class? Tune in to hear a discussion you will hear few places elsewhere.

Here is Jill Dalton’s bio: Jill Dalton is a writer/actress/army brat/activist/truth teller. She can be seen in and consulted for William Hurt on the HBO film, Too Big To Fail, about the global financial meltdown. Her articles have appeared @ Dandelion Salad, OpEdNews, RSN, NationofChange. Her eBook, Is It Fascism Yet? is available on amazon.com. Her play, Collateral Damage, was a semi finalist at the 2014 O’Neill Playwrights Conference.

Andrew Gause: Federal Reserve, money supply, etc, & some random thoughts

    in Politics Conservative

Jump "In the Pickle Barrel" for an indepth interview with Currency Expert Andrew Gause, Author of The Secret World of Money and Uncle Sam Cooks the Books. As the Federal Reserves reduction of the U.S. money supply and promises of fiscal responsibility by newly-elected members of Congress will combine to give U.S. consumers more purchasing power this holiday season, says currency expert Andrew Gause.

But Gause warns that the buyers window that consumers will enjoy in November and December will be short-lived, as the very factors that are pushing the dollar's value to a five-year-high are also poised to seriously derail the U.S. economy in early 2015.

We will also be looking at several issues and concerns that have bee brought to my attention by our listeners.

Look forward to hearing from you between 8AM-10AM EST "In the Pickle Barrel".
