Hillary Clinton used a private email account for her correspondence while she was Secretary of State -- a practice that violates the Federal Records Act of 2014. But didn't she leave office in 2012? And why isn't Colin Powell being criticized for the same practice? At any rate, Hillary gave a rousing speech last night at an EMILY's List event -- and barely gave it a mention (disappointing not-100%-left leaning MSNBC, which broke away from it when it was clear she wasn't going to address the issue). MOMocrats Karoli, Cynematic and Donna Schwartz Mills also talk about Bibi's speech to Congress and King vs. Burwell, the latest Supreme Court challenge to Obamacare.

The NEW Conservative Book Club... it's the Oprah Winfrey book club for the Right (only better)! Editor Christopher Malagisi talks about the site's digital relaunch.

Hillary Clinton broke Federal law by not having (and using) an official State Department email address for communications.
Hr2 Want to work for a Catholic school? You'll be expected to uphold the church's teachings. Sounds reasonable. Employers have rules. You don't have to take the job. Why is this controversial? It's San Francisco! Anything that doesn't approve of the gay lifestyle must be abolished.
Parenting doesn't look the same as it did 40 years ago, with internet and social media, it's a whole new world. Jake Greene, millennial author, talks about millennial parenting
Hr3 University debates non-discrimination in the clubs. Allowing Christians to run atheist clubs and vice versa. PC run amok.
Multiple cups of coffee MAY reduce your risk of Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. Sounds like good news.
Store, Marks & Spencer, bans use of words Jesus and Christ in gift messages, but jihad Buddha Allah are ok.
DEA warns of stoned rabbits if Utah passes medical marijuana. Really? That's your biggest concern?

Seton Motley of Less Government.com tells us what to expect with the new regulations enacted last week by the Federal Communications Commission.
last week's Federal Communications Commission 3-2 vote to regulate (translation: control) the Internet as a public utility through its "Net Neutrality" rules will impact streaming content provider Netflix. Exactly how and to what extent is not yet known. But the prognosis isn't positive: "Shares of Netflix stumbled on Friday, while shares of cable companies — which stand to be the biggest losers of the Federal Communications Commission’s proposed new rules — ticked higher." The recent memo from the Attorney General’s office baring local and state police from using federal asset forfeiture law to seize cash, cars and other property without warrants or criminal charges represents the most sweeping check on police power to confiscate personal property since the seizures began three decades ago as part of the war on drugs. Our first guest is Omar Figueroa, a Sebastopol lawyer who has been involved in many precedent setting marijuana cases as well as in the politics of marijuana prohibition. Attorney Figueroa will explore the ramifications of this new memo and take a look at how this will affect medical marijuana patients especially in light of the feds new hands off policy in medical marijuana states.
A lawsuit filed by the anti-drug group Safe Streets and three other plaintiffs including the owners of Holiday Inn target a number of Colorado lawmakers, including Gov. John Hickenlooper (D), Revenue Department Executive Director Barbara Brohl and Marijuana Enforcement Division Director W. Lewis Koski. Going a step beyond simply suing the state, the plaintiffs are also going after participants in Colorado's commercial marijuana industry. Citing federal racketeering laws, the plaintiffs are seeking damages due to alleged injury brought on by legalization.
The Marijuana Policy Project is not taking this legal action lightly and has called for a boycott of Holiday Inn Hotels. MPP Communications Director Morgan Fox is the show’s second guest who will take a look at the lawsuit and explain how the boycott will be carried out.
Conspiracy? Maybe. Screwed? Definitely. Whether you want to believe there is a grand conspiracy to bring down or fundamentally change America and the world really doesn't matter. The numbers are in and they suck. Here in the Front Row we'll be taking a look at the news and event from the serious to the sublime, from around the globe to around the corner in an effort to make some sense of it all and hopefully wake a few people ip along the way.
Well Alright! Join Crafty & the Adamizer tonight for the official re-launch of Front Row At The Freak Show at what will be the regular day and time, Monday's 8:30. Yup, taking our cue from corporate America as we love to do so much here, last week was like the "soft open" where we let people in but still working some kinks out. Tonight? OK, so maybe still working some kinks out but with baloons and a big sign out front! On the menu tonight is of course, what you can always expect from the Front Row, a whole host of different shit! The main course should be a scintilating discussion on US military intervention, war and the spreading of beautiful bullshit, I mean democracy.
Musical & comedic perfomances still TBD but we'll throw something good at ya for sure. So, get the kiddies to bed, pour a cocktail, light a jibber, hit a rail...whatever works and get your freak on !
