Join me in a 90 day experience of self-love, self-care, pampering, clean eating and moveming your body. In a nutshell, a 90 day STEWARDSHIP OF THE BODY experience.
A few years ago, I buried my grandmother. As I kissed her cold, lifeless body laying in the casket, I became painfully aware that the body is not who we really are. The essence of my grandmother was not in that body laying there. She was gone, even though her body was right there that I could touch.
This body is not the real you, but how we care for it is how we experience this side of eternity, this side of reality. It is through this body that we interact with others, and even though my grandmother's body was still around, she was absent. So, caring for this body is important because without it, we cannot interact with others. As much as I would like it, that body laying in that casket could not jump up and give me a hug - because it was only a housing, and the housing had collapsed.
That Aha extended to my own realization that the body I walk around in is not the real me either. The fat me, the slimmer me, the sad me, the happy me - all expressed through my body - was just that; EXPRESSED THROUGH MY BODY! The physical expression that people could see was simply displayed through my body, the real me is what DETERMINED what my body showed the world.
So the fat me that people saw, was simply the physical expression of a decision to eat more and move less. The slimmer version of me that people saw was simply the physical expression of my decision to eat less (or better), and move more.
How would 90 days of focused attention, of good stewardship of this body, impact our energy, excitement, and testimony? Join me and find out.

LABOR DAY...SUMMER'S LAST HURRAH!
LABOR DAY, how it came about; what it means.
LABOR DAY, the first Monday in September is the creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American Workers. It constitutes a yearly tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of our Country.
FOUNDER OF LABOR DAY: More than 100 years after the first LABOR DAY celebrated on Tuesday, Sept 5, 1882 in New York City, there is still some doubt as to who first proposed the holiday for workers.

With excess of 8 Million alleged Foreclosures, displacing nearly 20 plus Million families from their property as well as millions of lawsuit filed based upon defaulted Debt. (worthless) Our Society, Communities and Economy has become oppressed by defective, manipulated, fabricated paperwork used by debt collectors who sometimes purchase (alleged) evidence of debt for pennies on the dollar..only to then abuse Consumers with the assistance of the Legal Society and many times the Court.
THOR is a Consumer Advocate that serves the People/Consumers in educating them on the oppressive nature of the Debt Collection arena, and how to defend themselves, as well mount an Offense against these debt collection entities and those who are enablers of their abuses. THOR focuses is not the alleged debt itself, but the Behavior and Conduct of the these debt collectors and those attorneys who assist them, who by this very act becomes "debt collectors" as well. It is a known fact that these "debt collectors" have multiple support groups and organizations such as ACA and IACA, these are associations consisting of attorneys, national banks and debt collectors.
Now the People/Consumers have their own support group and that is THOR! JOIN US each and every Tuesday at 11:00 am EST!
David Siudzinski is a filmmaker who has written fourteen feature-length screenplays, which have garnered awards from Shriekfest, Indie Gathering, Beverly Hills, Fresh Voices, and Austin Film Festival.
He has created numerous short films and an online news series.
He is currently producing a documentary on the chess coach of Former World Chess Champion Bobby Fischer. His documentary, originally capturing the life and times of Reverend International Grandmaster William J. Lombardy, has morphed into a tale about how Reverend Lombardy’s landlord has been trying to unlawfully evict him (and other disabled seniors) from their places of residence for decades so as to kick out rent-stabizated tenants, in violation of New York State Laws.
In the process of helping Reverend Lombardy from being evicted, my Director of Photography and I have discovered that the state courts and state agencies are favoring professional landlords in violation of the United States Constitution.
The documentary will show how the Federal District Court will rule on a pending motion for a preliminary injunction and restraining order against New York City Housing Court, and what will ultimately happen to a legendary Grandmaster.
