Late Monday night, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen of Texas issued an injunction preventing USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service) from accepting “expanded” DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) applications. The expanded DACA eligibility criteria was scheduled to take affect today. Those who meet the original 2012 DACA criteria are still eligible to apply Those that already have DACA are also able to apply for renewal. The injunction also prevents the USCIS from accepting of DAPA (Deferred Action for Parental Responsibility) applications.
In the meantime, the general advice to those who qualify under expanded DACA or DAPA is to continue information and document gathering and seek local counsel- beware of “notarios” or “immigration consultants” who are not authorized to give legal advice.

NOTE: There was a connection problem, with dead silence in the beginning. The episode should start after one minute.

WELCOME TO THOR RADIO!
Today T.H.O.R. and the Brother Sharif will focus on the obvious sloppiness, careless, and defective evidence, dunning letters and communications the debt collectors present to you in the act of attempting to collect a debt. T.H.O.R. will humor you with laughter while demonstrating the fact that the debt collectors provides you most of the evidence needed for you to defeat them in, or out of court. Our own Priest Eliyshuwa, metaphysician and spiritual advisor of T.H.O.R will bring you a messge of how "Debt affects the Body". He will also prepare your mind, body, and spirit for entering the commercial world of debt, and the anticipated battles one might encounter dealing with the legal system, alwhile maintaining your mental stability and spiritual foundation and poise.
Additionally, we will bring you a classic testimony from one of Brother Sharif's proteges, who won his sucessful Trial in federal court against a national banking association masquerading as Creditor, but later properly deemed a mere third party debt collector by the court and judge. This is a testimony you dont want to miss, as it will demonstrate factually that what T.H.O.R. teaches and educates its members on, actually works if done properly. We have stated that the consumer protection laws are for the least sophisticated consumer (people), its not complex, not confusing, and something that even a High School graduate can grasp. Bring an open mind and spirit, and T.H.O.R. will enlighten you.

There's a lot to talk about this week.
A news report early on Thursday said the FCC revised it's proposed Net Neutrality rules to accomodate a request from Google. Odd how Google was able to know what was in a plan that the American people were denied access to.
Access only for the wealthy, powerful and priveldged. Obama preaches against it, but behind closed doors, his admnistration is a big practitioner of special access for corporate cronies.
How many people even know a powergrab for the Internet was up for a vote this week? How many were too distracted by silly stuff - like the Left's attacks on Bill O'Reilly's resume.
Speaking of silly stuff, Rudy Giuliani sounded ready to take Obama on head-on last week, but how many noticed how deeply Giuliani backtracked by Monday. Seriously, the same Giuliani who said Obama didn't love America was shaped by Communist influences later said we could all be inspired by his personal success story.
Meanwhile, in Congress, Republicans can't seem to decide if they want to fight Obama's executive amnesty plan or not - even though a federal court has found it to be unconstitutional.
And did you see where Joe Biden says he and Obama still have two years left to complete their stealthy Communist remake of America? No, Biden didn't use the "C" word, but the context of his comments seemed pretty clear. We'll explain.
America's in deep trouble. Don and Doug continue to connect the dots in these perilous times.
Your participation is invited on Friday's program.
Join us live tonight we discuss the 1883 Supreme Court Case decision and its relevance to the Moorish-American
It's mailbag time, as Matt and Chuck answer some of your questions over the last few days, including when it's okay to storm the court in basketball, what local company should have bought the Crew Stadium naming rights, when Ohio State will ever win a coach of the year award, Matta's legacy, and more. We also talk recruiting news, OSU bracket updates, and more.
Even Washington doesn’t often see this level of exploitative political theater; it was made worse because it was so obviously intended to challenge President Obama’s foreign policy.
Mr. Netanyahu’s speech offered nothing of substance that was new, making it clear that this performance was all about proving his toughness on security issues ahead of the parliamentary election he faces on March 17. He offered no new insight on Iran and no new reasons to reject the agreement being negotiated with Iran by the United States and five other major powers to constrain Iran’s nuclear program. NYT
