TONIGHT, 12/18 08:00PM - Our Annual Christmas Cook Off w/Donny Touchet.
The master of the culinary arts will be our guest tonight. Our annual Christmas Cook Off. We will be talking about most everyone's favorite topic, FOOD. I am sure other topics but coated with a very nice baste, please tune in.
Over the past 40 years the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks have had interesting franchise histories. The Atlanta Hawks have never advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals. The Atlanta Braves have one World Series despite having the most dominate starting pitching in history at one point. The Atlanta Falcons until recently had never had back to back winning seasons. Yes, "winning" isn't something Atlanta as a whole is known for immediate as opposed to the New York Yankees (almost three decades worth of World Series rings), Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bulls (Jordan era), etc.
But, does that mean that fans have an excuse not to show up to games at all? What makes Atlanta so much different from Indiana (Pacers haven't won a Finals yet), Chicago (Cubs still manage to have nice draws and they haven't won anything), or the Cleveland Browns (people keep referring them as a storied franchise, but they haven't won anything either). So what is it? "Hotlanta" would seem to be the best spot to be a sports fan. Great stadiums, great food, night life, and in the end, teams that are much more regularly competitive yearly than others (until recently Falcons had a 6 year streak going, Hawks have made playoffs 7 straight years, Braves regressed this year after having a great year last year).
Are you a resident of Atlanta? Did you used to live in Atlanta? Are you a sports fan of any of the teams? Call in and give your thoughts....

Im just gonna be honest with you, radio land. I forgot what episode of JAM SESSION this is, so this is the next episode. Im quite terrible at remembering things. That doesnt mean this episode of JAM SESSION isnt going to be something amazing, as is every show in my opinion. By the way, im Cole Vick, your host and comedy expert (novice).
Doctor Howard Fidler has decided to join this lovely show yet again. And when Fiddy is in the building, things get extremely technical
Our first guest is Meagan Good-win. You have to be clueless not to know this lovely athlete who is fast becoming one of the greatest prospects in and out of the cage for her fighting style, her tenacity and a million other things, let this first interview give you a little more insight into this phenomenal athlete.
In our second segment, i will be adequately naming "Fiddys Time" we will be featuring another heavy hitter that you may not have heard of yet. her name is Mad Mad Madison, and her record precedes her. Dr. Fidler has an affinity for nurturing athletes and this segment will be nothing short of amazing, a tear may be shed, maybe even a laugh or two.
Our final guest is a woman who really touches my heart, which i can say about any woman who gets in the cage, but Jessica Phillipus REALLY touches mine. She is a woman who can take your soul, and sing to your heart before you even step on the scale with her. I am very proud to bring Ms. Phillipus to JAM SESSION as the final guest, because this is going to be something like the matrix, so take a pill and let the three of us take you to a wonderland.
There will be lots of other topics discussed, time permitting. There will also be minimal committment. I aim for not going over the hour limit, but with the three women who we have, as well as the many things going on in the world of MMA, we may surpass that. This is JAM SESSION!!

Gearing down for the Christmas holidays, Nite Callers bring you the last show of the year. Continuing the series of the North American Sasquatch Researcher, we welcome good friend and veteren Bigfoot researcher Pat Rance.
What started out as an elusive hobby for Pat Rance has virtually turned into an obsession to hunt the elusive Bigfoot that has been sighted in the Green Swamp of Florida at least 10 or more times in the last several years. Pat Rance actually came face to face with the creature in a dramatic night time encounter in Sumter County. In April 2006, along with three other researchers, Pat set up camp in the swamp southwest of Clermont. Having seen foot prints in the area as large as 18 inches long and 9 inches wide, they baited the campsite with a box of pancakes covered in syrup. When they later found more tracks and the pancakes were eaten, they knew they were in the right spot. " It was nighttime and I was returning to the main camp with a friend." Pat recalls. " We heard sudden movement in the trail immediately in front of us and I looked up to see a large creature jump off to the side of the trail. It was about 30 feet away and with my flashlight shining on it I could see this round head and massive shoulders above the tops of the palmettos. I went to raise my night vision glasses to my eyes and the creature jumped back onto the trail and quickly ran ahead of us and disappeared into the night. As we passed the spot where he'd been standing, I could smell maple syrup. I was totally awestruck. It happened soi fast I really didn't have time to be scared. I was surprised and elated at the same time. It was so satifying to finally see the creature I had been hearing about and hunting." To hear this story and other experiences from Pat Rance, be sure to tune in tonight for a celebration of Christmas and some really amazing stories.
We had a great "Ghosts of Goliad" Fundamentals of Rifle course this last weekend with the Central Texas Militia. They did a great job and we hope to work with them again in the future. They are doing their best to insure they have thew rifle skills to defend their selves and their loved ones, and the State of Texas and The Constitution of The United States. They are continuing to improve their education and skill sets.
We had a 10 minute class on beer making, as well as short discussions of alternate power and about water storage and purification. These folks are trying to learn how to become more self reliant and better prepared to handle situations which might arise during man made or natural cessation of services events.
The folks in the III%ers/Grid Down Communication Course the weekend before were doing the same. Learning to communicte when the normal systems go down
What are you doing to insure you have the ability to feed, defend and care for your family, loved ones and neighbors in the coming year?
Call in to add your voice to the discussion at 347-308-8790
Hoping you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
