Mike Volpe returns to discuss the abuses occuring in several states via Family Courts. Volpe's article "Chris Christie named in two lawsuits alleging violations by Family Courts" appears on Rebel Pundit.
In Connecticut, children were handed over to pedophile rings after their mothers were arbitrarily determined to be mentally ill.
In New Jersey, " in Bergen County a lawsuit led by Karin Wolf, including more than forty women, will allege that courts ignore abuse on a widespread basis–be it sexual, physical, verbal, or emotional–and instead label women making these allegations as parental alienators or as having a variety of mental illnesses or defects." REBEL PUNDIT
Later in the show, Mike will discuss Bullied to Death: The Chris Mackney Story his new book which will be available soon, about the stalking and harassment of Chris Mackney, a man driven to suicide by the abuses in family and divorce courts resulting in the loss of access to his children, financial ruin and repeated arrests spanning several years.
Family courts are the last place you want to end up.
It isn't a secret that most Family Courts automatically sides with the "mother" of a child especially if she has been the custodian parent and primary one taking care of the child[ren]. However, not in all cases is the "father" willingly being "absent" from his child[ren]'s life. Sometimes the mother intentionally prevent the father from being an active part of the child[ren]'s life due to a bitter break up/divorce, he's moved on and is currently in a relationship with another woman and/or she still has a lot of anger/unforgiveness towards the father of her child[ren]. Are those valid grounds to prevent and deny a man access to be a stabled and awesome father to his child[ren]? No! Let's discuss this in more details. How do you know when a state has no crime and not enough work to justify their budgets ? When this is the best show in town; when you make up crime like [breach of peace] as a felony worthy of a state and its tax payer budgets.
Cromwell, Connecticut resident Ted Taupier found himself embroiled in a nasty divorce and a monumental battle for his rights to his children. In a series of escalating charges, one more ridiculous than the next, Taupier became the target of another corrupt family court system in Connecticut.
In one instance:
"Edward Taupier recklessly created a risk of causing T***** Taupier inconvenience, annoyance, and alarm by offensive conduct that annoyed and
interfered with T***** Taupier" so reads the complaint against Ted Taupier.
Just imagine, now you can be arrested and charged with a felony just for someone saying you annoyed and inconvenienced them and this alarmed you. Of course, in order to invoke these idiotic statutes, you must be well connected to those who participate in the court, or, be part of the court system itself. These statutes were enacted in virtually every state to reduce the standards necessary to prosecute individuals who might be trying to blow the whistle on corruption or, misuse of the system by "special" friends of the court. Of course YOU can't use them unless the court sees a benefit for itself by doing so. Otherwise, court dockets would be stacked to the ceilings with pending cases against judges, attorney's, and others who routinely annoy, inconvenience and alarm most of us.
Join us tonight as we discuss the persecution and prosecution of Ted Taupier!
The Parents on this Show had little prior interest in the law or politics. However, as they felt that their RIGHTS of equal shared parenting was being frustrated by the family courts, many took an interest in family law, including child custody and child support and visitation. Thommy Noodlez will be leaving his FOOT PRINT in this movement.
Join us as we talk with Margo Lindauer, author of "Damned if you do, damned if you don't: Why multi-court-involved battered mothers just can't win." As Lindauer states in her book, "Being a good mother is difficult. Being a good mother and a victim 1 of domestic violence 2 is even harder. The different and often competing expectations placed on battered mothers in the juvenile (child welfare), 3 civil/trial, 4 criminal, and family 5 court systems present a profound and befuddling problem. In this Article, I intend to identify the difficulty and uniqueness of being both a mother 6 and a victim of domestic violence, investigate the tension and conflict among different judicial systems, and proffer some suggestions for reform."
