Dr. Bill DeJONG, former president of the Council on Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI) discusses facility planning options for Pennslyvania school districts during the 9 month PlanCon moratorium. Dr. DeJONG links the current economic situation in general, and Pennslyvania's moratorium in particular, to the downturn in the 1980s. Dr. DeJONG recalls how many facilities departments contracted during that time and the effects that contraction had 10-15 years later

Nuclear War with Iran!
On September 27th 2005, at a repentance meeting in Mbeya Tanzania, that night the LORD spoke with me regarding events about to befall the earth. In that conversation, I saw the visions of the LORD in which a historic war broke out on earth. The LORD Almighty showed me a nuclear facility that is in the desert and located at the foot of a mountain. I then saw two powerful missiles that were shot and directed to the nuclear facility by the foot of the mountain.
It was incredibly amazing to see how the copperplated propellers of the missiles spurned in the air until they struck the nuclear facility by the foot of the mountain. It was at that crucial instant when the missiles struck the facility, that a humongous historic flame blasted out and it was such a fire that I have never witnessed in all the days of my life. It was the biggest war the earth had seen in this present time.
It is fearful that today as we speak the world has drawn much closer to the Iranian war and yet that war has a very significant spiritual bearing into the life of the church. This calls for stringent measures in preparing for
the coming of the LORD. Whether that war happens before the rapture or after rapture, is not the issue.
All that matters is that the preparations for that war present a major spiritual landmark that time is over and the Messiah is coming. Believers need to walk in righteousness and observe a stricter holier lifestyle of salvation, in order to ready themselves for Christ's return (Rev 19:6-9). Fine linen is righteousness.

Nissan hosted a Full-Line Product Review recently in Belle Meade, Tennessee. In addition to journalists having the opportunity to test-drive a wide variety of vehicles, several engineers and other persons were on-hand for demonstrations, interviews, and more.
ALAN GELL took time from his driving to interview ELSA FOLEY. Elsa is with Product Planning at Nissan Headquarters. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering. Elsa was demonstrating the Rearview Camera option that is mounted as part of the interior rear-view mirror system. A simple flick of the mirror, much like in years past to change dim, and the rearview camera is activated instead of the mirror. The appearance is about the same except the camera "sees through" the headrests, cargo, moving children, and tall adults. The view is wider also.
The rearview camera is not yet an option on all the Nissan line-up. Listen in as Elsa Foley explains this new idea and plan for Nissan.
Reports of scientific studies and local government initiatives to deal with the challenge of swelling oceans fill the internet and traditional media daily. Technical experts dealing with sea level rise are hard at work in South Florida, California, the Carolinas, New York, Virginia and other vulnerable areas the world over.
But responsible action on sea level rise issues requires another dimension of planning, for which we have just begun.
Wall Street has a role to play too, as does your local bank and credit union. You have a personal financial role as well.
Monetary and budgeting strategies to cope with sea level rise, for the average homeowner, renter and small business owner need to be crafted today...to be ready for tomorrow.
In this episode, we explore some proposed tools and blueprints that financial institutions, consumers and governments should consider to properly plan for the near-term.
Failure to adapt your financial roadmap today will result in missed options tomorrow.
Here we cover the comments of Dr. Leonard Berry Director of the Florida Center For Environmental Studies at Florida Atlantic University and South Florida Attorney and sea level rise advocate Mitch Chester on this vital aspect of preparing for rising seas.
