Differences in Organic, Natural, and Health Foods
Although these terms are often used interchangeably, they have different meanings.
Organic foods are grown without artificialpesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides. Organic meat, eggs, and dairy products are obtained from animals that are fed natural feed and not given hormones orantibiotics.
Natural foods are free of synthetic or artificial ingredients or additives.
“Health foods” is a general term that may be applied to natural or organic foods, or to regular foods that have undergone less processing than usual, such as stone-ground whole-grain flours.

Olivia Gilmore was born and raised in Hollis, NY to a family comprised of mostly musicians. Naturally Olivia has been singing from the time that she could speak. Her first solo performance was at age 5 and she had her first recording session at age 8, recording a jingle in her father's home studio. From there Olivia went on to record background vocals for Gospel artist Nancey Jackson on her single "Free (yes I'm free)" and even performed live jazz at P Diddy's restaurant "Justin's" at age 16.
In 2013 Olivia released the single 'G Lovin" and has recently released another hot single " Matrix" in March 2014 and is currently working on recording an album. Ms Gilmore's music can be heard on a variety of blogs, radio shows, online publications and mixtapes across the US & UK as we'll as many sold out clubs & restaurants in the tri-state area.

August 28, 1993, Seth Nix embarked upon and idea that would set his life in motion for a "Journey" not charted before. This would be the year that he had his first real encounter with God, sealed with the evidence of the Holy Spirit. A "Revolutionary" calling compounding with cathartic outcomes have been expressed and experienced through "Worship" A devoted husband and father, Seth says his first ministry is to his wife and his 2 daughters. He says his greatest gift is being a supporter, leader, model, teacher and provider for his loving family.
Koereyelle Dubose - Creator. Educator. Entrepreneur 6:15pm
Koereyelle made her her mark in 2011 when she founded The Single Wives Club, an education and empowerment organization for single women whose mission is to prepare women to become wives, nurture femininity and protect family. She started the group with her girlfriends out of personal need and has been blessed to touch so many lives since. Through mentoring with happy wives and group sessions with life and relationship coaches, single ladies are given skills and strategies to become better women before becoming wives. Dr. Roma Benjamin, a former Principal of Rowland School in Harrisburg PA and youth literacy advocate who said enough is enough!
Quitting her job to start fresh and really teach children she has opened an academy to better educate children for the future at hand. She states everything negative that is ailing our black communities stems from the inability of children knowing how to read at grade level or at all quite frankly in many areas making them functional illiterates. She is talking to and assisting other churches like hers to open reading centers in their communities to start helping our children because she believes we don't need permission to educate our children better than others are doing thus far. Her experience as both an educator and community leader has really opened her eyes to the injustice our children continue to endure.

George Stewart II is an educator of 8 years. In those 8 years, he has gained very valuable experience and insight. It is his experience and insight that has allowed him the opportunity to author his first book, contribute to national magazines/blogs, and speak at major events. Recently, George has become the co-founder of an afterschool program, which was unanimously approved by the JPS school board. This program was created for at risk boys and promotes academic excellence, health/fitness, and making positive life choices using the game of basketball.
