In January 2010, I found that the lives of my wife Terri and me will never be the same again. After two trips to the hospital we discovered that Terri had Stage 4 endometrial cancer. The doctors removed her uterus and the affected lymph nodes in the area. Suddenly, things that were very important before, no longer mattered. We ended up shifting our attention from our careers to how we are going to beat the cancer. Suddenly, things that were very important before, no longer mattered. At times it seemed the treatments were causing as many problems as they were solving. During May of 2010, things turned bad. The cancer had spread and she spent over 2 weeks in the hospital and she almost died. Then over the next 3 months she started feeling much better. She still had the cancer, but she was feeling pretty good. This period of time was the lull before the storm. After Terri passed away, there was a long grieving process. Much longer than I ever expected. I am trying to live my life by living as a bold, open, vulnerable, and abundant man. These characteristics help me to grow into the person I want to be.

?Margaret de Wys was joined for this earth shattering program by James W. "Flaming Eagle" Mooney and renowned natural medicine Cherokee oncologist Charles L. "Jahtlohi" Rogers M.D. M.D.H. of http://DoctorOfHope.com
Cherokee Nation of Mexico Principal Chief Charles L. "Jahtlohi" Rogers was a friend of Dr. Wilburn H. Ferguson, the legendary Cancer researcher and the real-life model for the 1992 Sean Connery movie "Medicine Man." Ferguson was silenced and threatened by the Carter Administration, but went into hiding and gave his notes to Dr Rogers, who based his early oncology practice on them.
Margaret de Wys first became aware of ecstatic trance healing when she was a young girl fascinated by the rapture of the Holy Rollers. However, it would be decades before she would be called to explore that early fascination. At a gathering in Upstate New York thirty years later she was spontaneously possessed by a sacred Zulu necklace--a gift from one of the most powerful shamans in Africa, Vusamazulu Credo Mutwa. Frightening yet exhilarating, the experience set her on a search to understand the depths of ecstatic healing. In the book, Margaret journeys to Brazil to work with famous healer John of God (João de Deus), where she witnesses hundreds of miraculous healings through psychic surgery, and then continues her travels to a Healing Village in Africa.
Marion Behr is an accomplished visual artist, publisher, and author, and she's on a mission to help others in quite an extraordinary fashion. Tucked inside Surviving Cancer: Our Voices & Choices, she has compiled and illustrated a collection of essays, reflections, and artwork. Sifting through the compilation, readers are immersed in a sense of hope through art and story. Marion Behr provides a remarkable illustration of the hope that prevails when survivors, organizations, care teams and others align themselves as a healing force in the cancer battle, and beyond.
This timeless source book is written, in part, by cancer survivors of different ages who provide insight into personal experiences and choices -- to ease the way for new cancer patients. Doctors’ articles are arranged to correspond with the usual order of visits experienced by most cancer patients. Personal narrations afford a view of cancer survivors' stories across the United States and Canada and as far away as Cambodia and Israel.
Marion created the first national survey of women working from home in the 1970's and after receiving thousands of responses from women, she originated the concept of the Homebased Business, as opposed to the cottage industry, and formed Women Working Home Inc. with Wendy Lazar. Together, they co-authored two editions of Women Working Home: The Homebased Business Guide and Directory, and sold fifty thousand copies.
Marion later received a Presidential Appointment to The White House Conference on Small Business and her presentations to the US Labor Department and Senate helped to change laws on home based businesses.
