After four years he worked his way into sales while simultaneously pursuing his college degree. While in college he worked for the Department of Media Studies and began learning video production. Ganesh Padmanabhan is a Senior Manager of Product Management & Planning at Dell Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG). He is currently responsible for Dell’s converged infrastructure and cloud solutions portfolio with products like Active System and vStart. In this capacity, he leads the strategic product planning and product management for these solutions. He had been one of the original members of the VIS product marketing team, which helped incubate and launch the first set of enterprise software products for Dell. He has been with Dell for six years and has held a variety of roles in engineering, product development, and marketing, with products like the VIS Creator, AIM, Dell PERC controllers, and PowerVault Storage.
