    in Sports

This week we kick things off with a man who has become a staple of FIST-ta-CUFF Radio over the year, and all we can say is get ready for the “NewBreed.” Erik Koch is opening the show and we can’t wait. Koch is set to take on Dustin Poirier August 31 at UFC 164.    Our next guest has no problem rolling over the competition and with that being said his nickname fits him perfectly. Pascal “Panzer” Krauss is our second guest of the night and the second guest set to step in the Octagon at UFC 164. Pascal’s journey into combat sports started when he began boxing at 14.   This year was the first year of Bellator testing the waters with their brand and reality TV combining to make “Fight Master.” Everyone waited to see who would be a part of the show, how the show would actually look when the final product was finished, and if it could breathe new life into the MMA reality world.AJ has been our man on the inside of the warehouse all season and we couldn’t be more proud of him and how he has shown heart and grit all season. AJ will break down this upcoming weeks episode and all the things that you didn’t see on TV.    Wrapping up the show is a man coming off a win that put all UFC Heavy Weights on Notice. Travis “Hapa” Browne is stopping back in the shop and coming off the biggest win of his career. Travis just took on Alistair Overeem and finished the fight in the first round with a devastating front kick.

The Red Wings finish their 6-game road trip 4-1-1 and then trade two prospects to the Dallas Stars for left-winger Erik Cole and a 3rd-rounder. Can they make another trade for a BETTER DEFENSEMAN for a change??? Lots of trade talks to come, too, as the trade deadline approaches. Plus they should waive defenseman Brendan Smith.  I'll explain why.

The Pistons are now 2-3 after the Reggie Jackson and Tayshaun Prince trades. The trades, however, are not the real problem. It's their DEFENSE! Also, some Greg Monroe offseason talk.

In college basketball, the Michigan Wolverines continue to struggle, and now the Michigan State Spartans take a turn for the worse losing two straight, including one to the Minnesota Golden Gophers at home. But the Central Michigan Chippewas continue rolling and may have a shot at an NCAA tournament spot.

The Lions cut running back Reggie Bush to save $1.7 million in cap space and thus make more possibility to re-sign and put a franchise tag on defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. Should they also try to keep wide receiver Calvin Johnson?

The Tigers start their 2015 Spring Training preseason Monday (tomorrow).

Johnny Strozier: Keeping It Real, Feb. 28

    in Politics Progressive

"Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" is live and on air right now and every Saturday at 9pm EST. Dave Koch would say that Johnny "re-invented himself." Johnny Strozier is keeping it real on "Human Rights Demand" channel. Call-in number (347)857-3293.  Strozier was a Georgia inmate for 46 years, from the age of 10 in 1968 until 2013. He kept doing things that lengthened his sentence until he said he had a conversion experience while behind bars. Now he encourages released inmates and youths to think right and act right so that things for them will go right.

Please gather your teens and let them be "scared straight." Call people who are reentering society, also, and tell them they should hear Johnny Strozier keeping it real! Despite ten years in solitary confinement and other cruelty that Johnny experienced, he is not bitter but interested in helping others to avoid his fate.
