Due to technical difficulties I will be re recording this episode LIVE on Saturday April 11th.
In this episode I will be discussing how your credit report impacts employment opportunities. This is a great episode for anyone looking to advance in their career, make a change in their career, or for younger people getting out of college pursuing their career.
I will also provide education surrounding credit & student loans and how this plays a role in employment opportunities as well.
Looking forward to it!

Give these 300 corporation CEOs opportunities to put their words into actions. They met with the President early 2014 and agreed to do their part in getting long term unemployed job seekers back to work. The stock markets are doing the best ever. I take that as them receiving blessings for their participating in helping the country. Afterall, there are more than 25 million companies in America. Only around 300 employers expressed the public desire to help the job seekers, the consumers they depend on. Go to these companies, preferrably as a walk-in and ask for work. Carry with you a resume, master application, business card, and a pleasant card. And tell them the president sent you. I would say good luck, but instead, I'll just say be prepared!

The VA's Homeless Veterans Community Employment Services (HVCES) program helps homeless veterans re-enter the workforce and is a valuable community partner for workforce development organizations.
The Veterans Health Administration's Homeless Veteran Community Employment Services program provides wraparound services to Veterans exiting homelessness that enable them to successfully connect with businesses and return to employment. "This unique population is highly motivated and actually has a varied skill set from which employers can benefit," shared Dr. Carma Heitzmann, Director of VA's HVCES program. "Getting formerly homeless veterans into gainful employment and supporting them during that critical first year back in the labor force increases their success in both the workforce and in maintaining their housing status." In this Workforce Central radio show from the National Association of Workforce Boards, President/CEO Ron Painter interviews Dr. Heitzmann to share the details of the HVCES program and how workforce development organizations can form partnerships and engage locally assigned Community Employment Coordinators to successfully place formerly homeless veterans into employment. Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about this valuable resource available to your region.

Gwendolyn Denise Lewis was born and raised in Houston Texas. After graduating high school in 1983 she moved to LA to pursue a career in acting. While in LA she met up with her now ex-husband Terry Lewis of which she had met previously in Texas at a Prince concert. In 1984 they moved to Minneapolis Mn and got married. Her daughter Chloe was born that same year. Being married to Terry Lewis gave Gwen great opportunities to sing background vocals for Alexander O'Neal,Janet Jackson and many other secular artist. Gwen even sang background on the theme song of the hit comedy show "In living color". She divorced in 1991,her life began on a downward spiral out of control. Gwen began looking to the world to fill the emptiness she felt inside. This resulted in a string of mental and physical abuse relationships. In 2003 she began seeking and exploring religions. On Easter Sunday 2003 Gwen attended services at Bread of Life church in Minneapolis Mn and gave her life over to the Lord and from there started her new journey of getting to know God personally. Best decision she ever made. In 2004 Gwen had her second child Jazmine. Being a single mom terrified Gwen but she knew with her new relationship with God all she had to do was pray and ask him to see her through it. In 2008 Gwen started to write songs about the love she found in Christ. In 2010 God placed it in her heart to do her first gospel album. Gwen's desire with this album is to bless the lost, abandoned, and seemingly hopeless with Gods love through her music. Even though this has been a tough journey with putting together this album Gwen has never lost faith that Gods purpose and plan for her life will be fulfilled.
