I think many times abuse of our hearts can be as traumatic as physical abuse.
Of course it’s not nearly as obvious, but emotional abuse can be just as damaging to our souls and our spirits.
Any form of abuse carries with it a tremendous blow on our self-worth and can lead to anxiety and depression. We know that.
On this program, we're going to talk about the things that most don't know about emotional abuse and how self love can be your way out and through emotional abuse.
Food isn’t the only nourishment that is needed to keep the body healthy. You also need to feed and nourish your mental, emotional and spiritual self. This doesn’t only come from the eating of food, it comes from the thoughts we choose to think. And yes, what we think is food and our thoughts feed our mental, our emotional and our spiritual self. And, it also feeds the physical body. Hence the sayings, “you are what you think! And, you are what you eat!” Mind food and body food only differ in vibrational frequency. One is more dense then the other, yet still they are both food. They both are designed to feed, support and sustain us. So, what does it look like to feed and nourish you; not just the physical you! All of you!?
Join me, Dr. Wendy Dearborne choice expert and life coach and Olivia Lashley expression coach and artist as we look at how to feed the mind, body, emotions and spiritual self.

Due to a request by a listener to work on her blurred vision problem, the Higher Selves took the opportunity to encourage me to expand the radio healing session. They indicated that I should not only include vision issues for everyone (as I usually do) and but to also include more than just the physical eye problems. They discussed with me 5 areas to focus on – one or two of which we might not even fully associate with ‘vision’. Please tune into the Higher Self Voice show to learn and benefit from the deep healing of all our vision issues.
