Listener dial-in number: (646) 595-3602 This week we are continuing our emotional detox exploration as 1 of 3 spring essentials or rituals that I believe should be incorporated into your life wellness toolbox. I think they can be done anytime you feel a need for them but I recommend them quarterly. The first is a physical detox covered in previus shows.Despite the fact that our body has an excellent detoxification system, the standard American diet, or what Dr. Mark Furman calls the SAD diet often could use some re-figuration and a kick in the butt for us to feel us best now. The second spring essential or ritual I recommend is an emotional detox. Part 2 in this series is offered today. I detox emotionally on a daily basis but still at times have a need for a more rigorous process. This is a great time to assess your overall happiness meter. The third spring essential or ritual is to reflect on and refine your strategic life plan. Waking up excited and ready to act everyday on your Divine Inspired Life Purpose or Mission takes discipline and work. Sometimes we lose our way or get of track because life happens or our plans are not producing the results we expected. Taking an assessment every 90 days makes it easier to stay on track, excited and challenged by our plans and also ensures that we are on the road to living the life we want and not working someone else dream.Call TransformativeLifeSolutions today at 888.848.7406. Tonight's special guest is Barbara Ochoa from San Francisco, a returning NAASCA family member who's Executive Director at Help4Guys.org. Barbara's here once again to talk about the events that are planned in celebration of "Male Abuse Awareness Week" (MAAW) which is held each year during the first week of December. MAAW is an awareness campaign that was started by the P. Luna Foundation in 2008, and the website is an extension of that program. The main focus is to change the negative social stigma that goes along with the topic of males who are victims of sexual or emotional abuse and domestic violence. "Most abused males avoid therapy and treatment because they are too ashamed or afraid of being judged for doing so," according to the web site. "By bringing the subject to light once a year we hope to make this topic more socially acceptable and in return more men will feel comfortable enough to seek the help they desperately need but in many cases avoid." Since the awareness campaign's inception in 2008 we at NAASCA have been pleased to participate hand-in-hand with Barbara Ochoa, and Bill Murray has appeared at several of the live events. We too want to help men who were victims of past abuse break their silence, in order to inspire younger men into getting treatment. Like Barbara, we have seen more and more celebrities come forward and many more news stories reporting on males who are victims of abuse.

Lily Gardner with the North Star Show will be talking about principles to follow to achieve miracles. She will also be explaining the energy healing modality called The Emotion Code and doing processes with people who call in. The Emotion Code is an amazing process that helps people to identify and literally release trapped emotions- which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause emotional and physical imbalances in the body. They can also block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others.
Brampton, ON – What we do to the environment, we do to ourselves. We are interconnected. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat is impacting us. It stands to reason if our environment is healthier, our bodies will be healthier and our minds will be healthier, too.

Birthdays, holidays and other occasions can come at inopportune times when you are dating. Maybe you started dating a few weeks before Christmas…or Valentine’s Day. (Yikes!) Maybe you aren’t sure if it’s too soon to invite your new boyfriend or girlfriend to be your date for a pal’s destination wedding, your family party, or your own birthday get-together.
Here’s how to tell if you can make someone your “plus one” and how to tackle gift giving when relationships are still new.
This month of November 2015, Nick & Joanna will be talking about Anger; first discussing the perspecive of Ayurveda on this intense and sometimes mysterious and dangerous emotion, and then on the 25th, as it relates to Domestic Violence and how hypnosis can be a helpful tool for addressing and manging it.
As with all things in Ayurveda, we go back to the doshas. Anger is primarily a Pitta emotion (Fire). The fire of Pitta, when out of balance can rage out of control and create havoc emotionally. And as Ayurveda views all symptoms, we ask the question, what is it telling us; about our physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual well-being?
Are there some people who are just prone to an anger response when under stress? Should anger always be judged as a bad thing? Is it ever justified? What can be done to manage anger from a Vedic perspective?
We will be talking about these things and more as well as providing some suggestions for keeping that internal fire burning brightly, but not out of control.
On the 25th, the focus will be on hypnotherapy as a tool to deal with anger as well as answer all of the questions above, from the perspecive of the hypnotherapist. We will also be focusing on domestic violence as a serious problem in our culture that must be addressed, and what we can do individually and collectively to be a part of the solution. It's more than just raising awareness.

FBI University is a school of Faith Based Instructions. Wherein, we extract the wisdom of God from the text of scripture, fashion it into practical principles of instructions, and present them through daily devotionals. Obedience to these instructions turns beliefs into behavior that advances our economical, emotional, and intellectual wellbeing. Now stay tuned as John Marshall teaches you how that by following instructions you coach yourself into the Champion Circle.
Jesus never sought to change the quality of one’s existence through prayer alone. Jesus sought to change the quality of life by issuing a set of instructions. Even to Lazarus, who had been dead for four days, Jesus gave a set of instructions, “Lazarus, come forth” (John 11:43). Had Lazarus dishonored the instructions, he would have remained dead. His quality of life changed due to his willingness to honor the set of instructions that Jesus issued to him. Prayer is a powerful tool. I continually use that God-authorized empowerment tool. However, do not seek to alter your course in life by prayer alone. God seeks to improve your life by giving you a set of instructions.
