On tonight's episode of The Evolution of Perspective, Ellen Gee talks about black women in the news. From Karyn Washington committing suicide to Domineque Banks succumbing to complications from Lupus, and Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith's sex tape, black women are having the worst media week/experience.
Ellen recites the Vagina Monologue she created for the Divas DISH production on April 5. It ties into the theme of the show and is a passionate expression of what she believes. That is when black women lose, we all lose.

From giving back to not giving in, it’s all about what we make of our lives.
You might not realize the toll disorganization takes on you--the added time spent doing things that should have been a snap, all because you can't find the paperwork you need, or the zapped mental focus that results from the distraction of hunting down a receipt. All of this time and loss of focus adds up overtime, and what's worse, it's unnecessary.
On this episode of Advisor Radio, Ellen Rogin talks with Sharon McRill of the Betty Brigade about just how damaging disorganization can be to your productivity, and how you can put systems in place that will give order to your workspace, even if you consider yourself helplessly messy. You might even consider sharing these tips with clients who may benefit from them.

Tonight's show includes Bernice Bennett, Harris Bailey, Jr., Ellen Butler and Vincent Sheppard.
The Memory Seekers came together to share their family stories, create a family legacy, and fulfill a vision to write and publish a book about their African American ancestors.
This book offers you insights into the African American experience in Edgefield County, South Carolina through the eyes of five very different authors, who have a strong belief that it is their responsibility to tell these stories. They want their ancestors to be remembered as individuals who lived, loved, worked, survived, raised families, and had faith in God.
