Well, there are 12 days to go until the midterm elections. My question today is will you do your part? Will you participate in the greatest electorial system created, or will you abstain from your dutiy as citizen for some lame excuse? Are you willing to go to the next leve to encourage someone else to have their voice heard throught the ballot box, or are too afraid of conflict to at least say the right thing?
Today I am asking you how much you really care.
Tracey Birdsall (born July 6, 1963) is an American actress. Birdsall has appeared in several TV series, TV movies and films. She co-wrote, produced, and starred in the movie short Tick Tock, which has won many top awards at movie festivals.
Tracey Birdsall was born in Van Nuys, California. and grew up in Burbank, California.
She started performing as a young girl, on stage and in front of the camera. She recalls "My mother drove me to the Gary Dance Studio for lessons constantly as far back as I can remember. She would sew my costumes, drive me to rehearsals, and support me in my shows. It was in my blood, and my fondest childhood memories were on stage."
As a teenager, she sang in choirs at local churches. After appearing in a Sunkist Soda commercial, she appeared in several other TV commercials while she attended acting classes and went to auditions. She appeared in the soap opera Loving, hosted Million Dollar Showcase of Homes and was a special news reported for CNBC.
Her latest movie Dawn of the Crescent Moon won many awards at the recent Action on Film Festival.
The Discomfort Zone: How Leaders Turn Difficult Conversations Into Breakthroughs is one of my favorite business books in general and near the top of my favorites for books on employee engagement. I reviewed it here.
Her website is OutSmart Your Brain: Mind-Growing Programs for Leaders.
But one book and a great website is just the beginning of Dr. Reynolds contributions to corporate cultures. She's authored Outsmart Your Brain: How to Make Success Feel Easy and Wander Woman How High-Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction.
Her first expertise, organizational change, developed when facing the challenges of running corporate training departments in the 1980’s and 90’s.
In 1995, looking for a solution to corporate training classes whose lessons were never applied, she enrolled in a coaching school. That's where she saw the power of coaching to make the mental shifts required to sustain change.
She was president of the International Coach Federation in 2000, among the first 25 people to be certified as Master Certified Coach. She's president elect for the Association for Coach Training Organization and Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute. She's on the faculty with coach training schools in Russia and China.
She holds a Doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology.
Obama Chose a 'Spin Doctor' not a real Doctor as Ebola Czar who is a longtime Democratic insider Ron Klain as Ebola czar amounts to nothing more than a politicization of a world health crisis, political commentator and author Pat Buchanan."You might need an Ebola czar and you might need a doctor, but what we got is a spin doctor here," Buchanan said of Klain, who was a former chief of staff for both Vice Presidents Joe Biden and Al Gore as well as having held a host of other political positions, including a lobbyist for Fannie Mae."What I would suggest in this case, what I would have done or what I would advise the president is get someone like Gen. Leslie Groves who was in charge of the Manhattan Project. Now he knew as much as many of his scientists knew about how to build an atomic bomb. At the same time, he would knock heads and make decisions and get things done at the earliest possible time.No one knows why Obama chose a political pundit in the place of a scientist or doctor. Only the not-known-for-transparency Obama administration knows for sure.Obama will help destroy democrats in November election of 2014 by his Ebola Czar Ron Klain. Instead of Appointing a Medical Expert, Obama Appoints a LOBBYIST.What is Klain Going To Do … Lobby To Convince Congress That Ebola Is Not That Big A Risk? While the rest of other nations sent medical experts, Obama sent US troops, that will ultimately get the virus. Tune in Thursday at 11AM est for Much More..
