  • Healing Conversations with Mildred Lynn: Active voices for a more soulful life

    in Self Help

A little while ago, I came across  an article in Yes! Magazine that stopped me in my tracks. It was called One Poem that Saved A Forest: How the friendship between a poet and a timber baron kept a grove of California redwoods from clear-cutting by Jacqueline Suskin.

Upon talking with Jacqueline, I discovered that she also made a living as a poet at The Poem Store by composing one-of-a-kind poems on a manual typewriter, in exchange for a donation (your subject, your price). Plus, she has written two books; Go Ahead & Like It and The Collected … and her work concept has been profiled in the New York Times and the LA Times.

Join us as we talk about her poetry, The Poem Store project, her compassion and humanity, and how to come together to successfully tackle projects (like saving a forest grove) for the greater good of all. As a special treat, I'll pick a subject and Jacqueline will write a poem for us … right on the spot. You’ll love it!

WEEKLY ROUND TABLE with HiC Luttmers, John Carosella, and Mildred Lynn: You Should Not Honour Men More Than Truth - Plato. It's sure to be a fun, engaging discussion.

Healing Conversations with Mildred Lynn McDonald is a fascinating tour of the mind-body-spirit connection. Enjoy nourishing conversations, thought-provoking guests, personal growth tools, compassionate guidance, practical tips ... plus a generous sprinkling of East-coast humour and warmth! You’ll also love our popular Round Table discussions. Airs the FIRST SUNDAY of the month @ 10:30am PST.  Website

Lynn Eagle Feather hosts "Native American Affairs" Sept. 26, 2015

    in Politics Progressive

Lynn Eagle Feather hosts "Native American Affairs" on National Network in Action (NNIA1) channel. Our call-in number is 818-572-2947, and we encourage audience participation, or please listen via Internet at

I discussed The Cochran Firm fraud against the Ramapough People of New Jersey in the "Man vs. Ford" case. Lynn Eagle Feather discussed recent police killings involving Native American victims that happened both inside and outside of jail, including her son, Paul Castaway, who was killed in the street in July 2015. She and other mothers of victims recently "crashed" a meeting of Denver officials and spoke to them on television about deaths of their children. The mothers presented a list of demands, which Lynn Eagle Feather read on air to the audience of NNIA1 during this broadcast.

Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has, and it never will.

  • Author and Astrologer Lynn Bell on the Archetypes and Mythology in Our Stars

    in Lifestyle

How do use our astrological charts to understand ourselves in all our multi-layered complexity? Join us as author, astrologer, and teacher Lynn Bell talks about the great archetypes and mythology of our horoscopes.

Lynn Bell is a Paris-based astrologer whose work spans multiple cultures as a speaker, teacher, author and consultant in astrology.  Initially self-taught, she quickly built a private practice with an international clientele.  After many years of teaching and lecturing throughout France, she was invited to join the Centre for Psychological Astrology in London in 1995.

As a master consulting astrologer with a multi-layered approach, Lynn’s work combines psychological and spiritual perspectives. Her interest in working with familial patterns first emerged from work with clients. After personal work in analysis, her training in Eriksonian Hypnosis led to work in family systems, and later, several years of ongoing research groups on the charts of families. Her book on planetary patterns in families,  Planetary Threads,  was first published in 1998.

She lectures and teaches seminars around the world, from Western Europe to far-off lands like Bali, Mexico, Australia and South Africa as well as the US, and most recently in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. In the UK she teaches for The Faculty of Astrological Studies Summer school in Oxford, and the LSA, as well as the CPA. Outside the world of astrology, she has often collaborated with Caroline Myss, and her CMED Institute. She has been part of the faculty of the New Chartres School, held every year, for the past seven years in Chartres, France by Wisdom University.

Her books are CYCLES OF LIGHT: Exploring the Mysteries of Solar Returns; The Mars Quartet; and Planetary Threads.
