Richard J. Leon of Federal District Court for the District of Columbiae order the National Security Agency(NSA) program that is systematically keeping records of all Americans’ phone calls most likely violates the Constitution's Fourth Amendment, calling the technology as “almost Orwellian” and adding that James Madison would be “aghast” to learn that the government was encroaching on Liberty in such a way.
“I acted on my belief that the N.S.A.’s mass surveillance programs would not withstand a constitutional challenge, and that the American public deserved a chance to see these issues determined by open courts,” Mr. Snowden said in his statement. It was distributed by Glenn Greenwald, a journalist who received leaked documents from Mr. Snowden and wrote the first article about the bulk data collection. “Today, a secret program authorized by a secret court was, when exposed to the light of day, found to violate Americans’ rights,” Ed Snowden praised the ruling in a statement from Moscow
In the early episodes of 'Divine Breakthrough' we recorded a show called 'Walk in Truth'. This episode encouraged listeners to walk tall in their truth, no matter how much adversity they faced, or how greatly they feared it. For walking in our own truth encourages others to do so.
A man named Ed Snowden, from the NSA has just made the biggest revelation from a reliable source, arguably in US history. A true Divine Breakthrough. Despite facing the biggest superpowers known to man, Ed stood tall for us, for our future, for his own beleifs and ethics ... & ultimately for truth.
This show encourages us all to stand tall in our truth, whatever it may be, for the good of our own soul & for the planet.
It's difficult to see Ed Snowden's way out of the situation he finds himself in, after he has selflessly educated us all with his ruthlessly guarded inside knowledge. He is simply a man that cared so much for ethics, humanity and the true 'security' of our planet and race, that he has risked his own security, his own life. A true modern martyr, whom we should all thank and pray for his wellbeing and safety.
Former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden Shocked the world with informatione that the Federal Government was using two secret programs to spy on Americans and collect information about all of their phone and internet activity. Is He a Hero or a Traitor? We'll Discuss.

In light of the recent disclosures regarding the NSA by Ed Snowden, the conversation has gone from "the American government is spying on us" to the "treason" of Ed Snowden. The media appears to support the government's noise, distracting and deflecting the American populace from the issue of the NSA's data collection to the character of Ed Snowden.
Isn't it time the American public have an honest discussion on the actions taken by this administration?
