Journey in the Scriptures with Laurie Ann Smith

    in The Bible

Tonight's journey is Genesis 14:8-18. Do you love God's Word? I DO! I am a third year theological seminary student with a serious love for God's Word! God and His Word are one and I love God! It has been on my heart to do another show starting in Genesis 1:1 and daily journeying through the Bible to the last chapter of the Book of Revelation. I love to share God's Word and really delve into every aspect surrounding each passage. I am a non-denomination born again Believer, a Christian who is following Jesus daily, each and every day, to hopefully honor and glorify Him, exalt Him, and remain a faithful servant to our Lord and Savior. I am currently working toward a Bachelor of Ministry Degree, and then hope to obtain a Masters Degree in Biblical Counseling, and following that I hope to obtain a Doctorate of Theological Studies. I have achieved an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies graduating with Honors, and I have a diploma in Biblical Counseling. I hope to share with you the joy and importance of understanding the Bible as I have been taught by many great teachers. I hope you will join me. Please feel free to correct me if at any point I get off track, and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I am a student of God's Word, as we all are; those of us who study God's Word. Do we ever get to the point where we stop learning the truth of God's Word? I don't think so. From the most knowledgeable scholar and Theologian, to the most humble and lowly student like myself, we will never fully be able to learn everything there is to know about God or His Word. This is the very reason I am so eager to share God's Word. I hope you will join me! God Bless us all!

Today's guest is one of the most modest, marvelous and far from mediocre musicians in the local scene. Often times, I see her sauntering across a stage, eager to share the spotlight as opposed to occupying the limelight for herself. Her sound is fresh, thus her listeners leap to listen from start to end. Her presence is dynamic, as I have witnessed swarms of smiles the moment she steps on the scene. Today, we will discuss her new musical meshing, Kerry Squared, the music scene, and all the things that make Cari completely cool!!!

What are we willing to do to see lost folks saved? Paul also has more to say on the subject of Predestination. For example, was Pharoah acting out of his own free will when he decided to persue the Isrealites, or was he doing what he was pre-determined to do? Tune in to find out!
