Lots of responses to my sourced story on there being a 90 percent chance that LeBron James signs with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Boggles my mind that people are shocked, given that LeBron is an unrestricted free agent.
But people are shocked.
That's what makes July the best month in the NBA.
Get a grip (sorry to steal your line, Pat Riley) by repeating to yourself this phrase: "LeBron James is an unrestricted free agent."
Here is more on LeBron-to-Cavs possibility, in interview with Spence Checketts and Gordon Monson in Salt Lake City on 1280-The Zone.

LeBron James met in person with the Cleveland Cavaliers over the weekend.
On Sunday night, the infamous Dan Gilbert rant from 2010 disappeared from the Cavs Web site.
This morning, I reported that James' inner circle -- from his wife to his business manager to his best friends -- are unanimous in their belief that James should return to the Cleveland Cavaliers as a free agent.
Pat Riley and the Miami Heat will get another chance to sell James on their vision and their plans for the next few years, and that meeting will happen in Las Vegas after James arrives there Monday.
By Wednesday, when James' camp opens, this story should take several more twists and turns.
For a reading on where things stood as of Monday morning, I went on the Jeff Blair Show in Toronto and discussed the latest developments.
Four years ago LeBron James took his talents to South Beach to join the Miami Heat, but now in a reversal of fortune James is headed back to the Cleveland Cavaliers where he spent the first seven years of his NBA career. Is James's return to Cleveland the right move or is he leaving titles on the board in Miami? What is next for the Cavs? What is next for the Heat? I will discuss this and more on The 300lbsofsportsknowledge Show.

Only one Web site, my Web site, is reporting that LeBron James is returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers. There is some skepticism out there, which is only natural.
When the mainstream media is not reporting something as fact, people have their doubts. And I am OK with that.
But I am standing behind my story, which I did this morning on 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland on the Kiley & Booms show.
This interview got a little testy, which also is OK for me. I have thick skin.
He started off start off playing the drums for his older brothers' singing group, "Cash", in the 80's. Then he moved on to form other singing groups before forming one of the hottest independent R&B groups in Cleveland during the 90's and early 2000s, Smooth Approach. Known for hits such as "Never Enough" and "You Got It", Jeff Tight and Smooth Approach gained fans and hearts wherever they went. After Smooth Approach decided to explore seperate ventures, Jeff Tight created his own music production company, Executive Hits Entertainment, and started creating and producing some of the best independent music, artists and groups that Cleveland and the U. S. have seen and heard. Tune in as he joins me live in the studio to talk about his career in the music business, as well as some of what he is doing now. You can call in with your questions and comments at (914)338-0665. You can also watch us live in the studio on UStream at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/who-has-the-power-radio-network.
This is a show that you can not miss. Imagine subjecting yourself and your children to someone for assistance and spiritual reasons. Now imagine that person you trusted to take advantage of you, as well as hold you and your children hostage for 10 years. Now imagine being rescued, your oppressor being sent to prison for life, and you rise from your pain and began teaching others how to prevent the same situation happening to them or overcoming their pain if they have been through the same situation. This is just a piece of the story that our guest Laura Cowan went through. Tune in as she joins Mr. Yancey live in the studio to talk about her story, how she survived and overcame and how you can do the same. Then stay tuned for "What's Going On in Your Ward?" featuring Ward 5 Councilwoman Phyllis Cleveland. She let you know about any upcoming events, developments and concerns. You can call in with your questions and comments at (914)338-0665.
